We rejoice with you in the peace and calm the Lord has already granted your son, and we stand with you in agreement for the continued healing, restoration, and protection over his life. What a beautiful testimony of God’s faithfulness, how He has already quieted the storms of PTSD, confusion, and agitation! The Scriptures declare, "You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You" (Isaiah 26:3 WEB). This is the peace we continue to pray into your son’s life, the kind that surpasses all understanding and guards his heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the work You are doing in this precious young man’s life. We thank You for the breakthroughs in his meals, his rest, and the restoration of his functional language. Lord, we ask that You would continue to anoint every aspect of his day, his activities, his interactions, and even the simplest routines like shaving and dressing, with Your peace and satisfaction. Remove any confusion, agitation, or sensory discomfort that may arise, and replace it with the fruit of Your Spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23 WEB). Let him walk in the confidence that comes from knowing he is deeply loved by You, and let that love overflow into his relationships with his family, caregivers, and friends.

We rebuke every spirit of anxiety, fear, and torment that seeks to disrupt his peace. The enemy has no place in his life, and we declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17 WEB). We pray against any word curses, negative influences, or spiritual attacks that may be directed toward him, and we command them to flee in the name of Jesus. Lord, we ask that You would surround him with Your ministry angels, a hedge of protection, and the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18 WEB) so that he may stand firm against every scheme of the enemy. Let Your presence be a constant comfort to him, especially in moments of transition or uncertainty.

We also lift up his caregivers, support team, and family members. Grant them wisdom, patience, and compassion as they walk alongside him. May they see him through Your eyes, as a beloved child of God, fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14 WEB), and may their interactions with him reflect Your love and grace. We pray for godly mentors and friendships to surround him, relationships that will encourage and uplift him in his journey.

Father, we stand on the promise of Your Word that by Jesus’ stripes, your son is healed (Isaiah 53:5 WEB). We declare complete healing over his mind, body, and spirit, freedom from the chains of PTSD, anxiety, and past hurts. Let today be another step toward wholeness, and may he feel Your love in a fresh and tangible way. We ask that You would continue to uproot any negative or rigid habits, replacing them with godly expressions of communication and behavior. Give him the desire and ability to express his needs and wants in ways that honor You, and let his words be seasoned with grace and kindness.

Lord, we also pray for his outings, travels, and appointments. Let every journey be filled with Your joy and peace, and may he find satisfaction and contentment in the activities he enjoys. Remove any fear, boredom, or mood swings that may arise, and let him experience the fullness of life that comes from walking in Your will. We declare that there will be no more setbacks, only victory, healing, and breakthrough in every area of his life.

We thank You for the miracles You have already performed, and we trust You for even greater things to come. Let his life be a testimony of Your faithfulness, and may his story bring glory to Your name. We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.

Continue to stand firm in faith, knowing that God is working all things together for good (Romans 8:28 WEB). Your son is deeply loved by the Father, and we believe that His best is yet to come. Keep trusting, keep praying, and keep declaring His promises over your son’s life. The Lord is faithful, and He will complete the good work He has begun.

We’re rejoicing with you over that peaceful day and night, what a tangible mercy. Thank you for letting us share in your gratitude. We hear how passionately you love your son, and we’re praying alongside you for every calm, every gentle mealtime, every night of rest, and every step toward wholeness.

It’s clear the Lord is moving, even in the little improvements you named. Those moments, less confusion, a bit more ease, are not small to Him. We join you in asking Him to continue and deepen that work, untangling the grip of PTSD memories, anxiety, and old habits, and replacing them with His peace that settles deep.

While you pour out your heart for your son, we also want to gently encourage you: carrying this much can wear a caregiver down. You need a safe place to be honest about your own weariness and to receive comfort. Maybe a trusted friend, a small group at church, or a counselor could be that lifeline for you. On hard days, it might help to jot down the victories you witness, like that less confused meal, so you can trace God’s faithful thread when discouragement creeps in.

Let’s pray now:

Jesus, thank You for the gift of yesterday’s calm. Please visit this son again with Your peace today and tonight. Soothe every agitation, steady his heart, and guard his mind with Your presence. Break what remains of anxiety and painful memories, and draw him gently into the rest and restoration You have for him. Wrap his mother in Your comfort too, give her endurance, hope, and trusted hands to lighten the load. We trust You to continue the good work You’ve begun. In Your name, Amen.

See how the Lord has already given pledges of His goodness! A calm day, a restful night, these are not small mercies but foretastes of that perfect peace He wills for your son. The mind stayed on Him, that is the secret place of peace, peace. When the shadows gather, the blood of Jesus whispers peace within. And when duties press hard, to do the will of Jesus is rest. So cling to this: He who began that good work will not leave it.

Your many cares are known, yet the very anxiety that rises from a difficulty unfits us to meet it. Is it not better to cast the whole burden upon Him? The least thing about Christ is healing; even the leaves of that Tree are for the healing of the nations. A touch, a look from Him, can sever your son from the crowd of fears and restore that which the locusts of affliction have eaten. Did not a look from the Lord restore Peter? And is not this same Jesus mighty to save and heal today?

Forgiveness and healing go hand in hand. He who said, "Son, be of good cheer; your sins are forgiven you," spoke pardon and wholeness in one breath. The chastisement of our peace was upon Him, and with His stripes we are healed. So breathe that request again at His feet: "Lord, heal his mind, his heart, his speech. Break every chain, for You have borne our griefs." And know that when His pardon drops like dew, an inward peace steals over the soul, a peace which the world can neither give nor take away.

So go forward in this confidence: He who has already given calm days will perfect His work. The cock-crow of past trouble or the look of tender love can both be means of restoration. Do not fear. Do not let your heart be troubled. He is the God who heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds. Cast all these daily details, the meals, the shaving, the outings, the stubbornness, upon Him. The very least things about Christ are full of healing virtue. Trust Him for the small steps and the great deliverance alike.

What is your part? Simply this: a stillness of soul fixed wholly upon Him. "Peace, perfect peace, with sorrows surging round? On Jesus' bosom naught but calm is found." In Him is fullness of joy, and nothing outside can touch the deep tranquility He gives. Go your way in peace. The restoration He works shall be sure; the victory shall be lasting. He will make His promise good.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You ask for many things, for healing and protection and the removal of every distress. This is the cry of a loving parent, and God sees your heart. But I would have you consider the peace of which the Apostle speaks, the peace of God that surpasses all understanding, which guards the heart and the mind in Christ Jesus. Do you seek this peace first? For if the peace within you is fixed on God, it cannot be shaken, even when the storms rage around your son.

You speak of rebuking word curses and witchcraft. Take care, lest your zeal become a spirit of contention. When you war with words against others, do you not remember that you war against members of Christ? Would you rend the body of your own family? I tell you, if you are at peace with men on account of men, it quickly dissolves; but if your peace is on account of God, it stands forever. The peacemakers are called sons of God, and the makers of disturbance are sons of the devil. Examine your heart: are you cultivating peace with all in your household, or are there contentions and fighting? Let not anger be the umpire in your soul, but let the peace of God rule.

You desire your son to be free from agitation, from PTSD, from every negative habit. This is good. Yet remember that the physician cuts off the incurable part to save the body. The peace Christ brings is not the world's peace, but a sword that separates us from what destroys the soul. Sometimes what we call peace is a false concord, like the agreement of robbers. The Spirit descended as a dove, gentle and pure, not to remove all external trouble, but to bring an end to the shipwreck of sin and to give adoption. That dove brought an olive branch of deliverance. So too, the Spirit of meekness works in your son, even through these struggles.

Pray for him, yes, and give thanks for every calm day. But do not lay commands upon God as though you directed Him. You declare healing by Christ's stripes so confidently, yet the Apostle Paul himself prayed for a thorn to be removed and heard, "My grace is sufficient for you." God's power is perfected in weakness. The miracle you may receive is not the removal of all hardship, but the peace that excels all understanding, flooding your son's heart even in the midst of confusion. And this peace will guard you both, if you trust Him.

Let your prayer be simple: "Thy will be done." For the angels of these little ones always behold the face of the Father in heaven. He knows your son's needs better than you do. Cease from anxious enumeration of every symptom and every enemy. Instead, ask for the peace that Christ left: "My peace I give to you." That peace is reconciliation with God and with one another. If there is division in your family because of your son's condition, seek to heal it not by rebuking people but by gentle love. For what does it profit if your son is calm but your household is at war? When you hear "Peace be unto all" in the church, let it not be a mere form of words. Be yourself a peacemaker.

Therefore, I urge you: let the peace of God be the umpire in your heart. Trust your son to the One who loves him more than you do. Pray for his healing, but more than that, pray that whatever comes, he may be filled with the Holy Spirit, with joy and contentment that the world cannot give. And may that same peace fill you, so that you may be a calm harbor for him. I pray that God would grant you this true peace, which surpasses all your understanding.

Your testimony of a peaceful, calm day and a restful night is a beautiful mercy, and we rejoice with you in what the Lord has done. When Jesus grants these stretches of tranquility, even with small moments of agitation that fade quickly, it is a glimpse of his faithful hand at work. It is right to give him all the glory and to trust that he who began this good work will carry it through.

What you are asking for, in all these layers of protection, healing, and calm, is a life immersed in the peace of God. And the Scriptures give us a clear path to that peace: "You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on you." The world around your son, and the storms within his own mind from PTSD and anxiety, may rage, but there is a peace that surpasses all understanding. It is a peace that acts like a garrison, standing guard over his heart and mind in Christ Jesus. This is not a fragile calm that depends on circumstances; it is the very peace Jesus promised when he said, "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you."

Your prayer is a powerful act of fixing your mind, and his, on the Lord. As you cast these cares on him, the war within can cease. The Prince of Peace has already made peace through the blood of his cross, ending the conflict. Now he offers the experience of that peace, a deep and quiet settlement in the soul. We can ask him to speak that same command over the chaos in your son’s spirit that he spoke over the raging sea: "Peace, be still." And we trust that a great calm can follow.

We join you in asking that the Spirit saturate every part of his life with this calm. For the confusion about meals, we ask for a tranquil mind. For the sensory discomfort and resistance to hygiene, we ask for a soothing of his senses and a gentle spirit of cooperation. We ask for the complete breaking of chains from past hurts and traumatic memories, believing that the Lord heals the wounds of the mind and emotions, not just the body. Healing is his work, and it comes in many ways, sometimes a sudden touch, often a gradual dawn of wholeness. We receive every step forward as a divine act.

As the Lord brings this peace, it will bear fruit. It is the peacemakers, those who sow peace, who reap a harvest of righteousness. We stand with you in prayer for calm, satisfaction, and joy to become the new pattern of his days and nights. We also pray for that peace to envelop your entire home, for godly protection, and for the removal of every negative influence and word spoken against him. No weapon formed against him will prosper.

Continue to anchor your hope in the one whose thoughts toward your son are thoughts of peace, to give him a future and a hope. May you feel the deep rest that comes from knowing your mind and your son are held securely in his steadfast love. We pray for another day filled with his perfect peace.
