Beloved Warrior
Please pray for my precious son. Heavenly Father, I am trusting in Your love and care for him. Jesus, I pray that You grant him a beautiful, calm, relaxed night with no negative habits stemming from PTSD memories. He is starting to get rigid, stubborn, confused, and uneasy right now. He was doing so well this past few weeks but now he is having some setbacks yesterday. Lord, I pray he will be overcome with Your peace and be satisfied as he watches his shows, eats his meals, and every aspect. Help him Lord to always choose to do the right things to get attention. Lord, I ask if there are anything that makes him confused and agitated that You will intervene and remove them completely. Jesus, restore my daughter's loving heart toward her brother and remove this young man that are causing havoc in my son's life and his mother for saying word curses upon him. Father, I pray for a spirit of calm, gratefulness, and cooperation to rest on him tonight, especially during shaving. Let every sound and sensation be covered by Your protection. I also ask for healing for his mind and heart, break the chains of anxiety, PTSD memories, negative habits, and past hurts. May tonight be a step toward wholeness for him, and may he feel Your love in a new way. Jesus, I ask that You remove his stubbornness to complete his daily hygiene, sensory with his clothing, shaving, and I pray, Lord, that You will help him through this and guide him to eat and not waste his food or get confused with his food choices. I ask Lord that he will be well-behaved for his sister's birthday today. Jesus, I ask that You bless his meals today; I pray he will be content, happy, and satisfied. I pray as he is resting right now that he will have a sweet, peaceful, restful sleep and when he gets up that he will be filled with peace, satisfaction, calmness, gentleness, and joy throughout the rest of tonight and tomorrow. Jesus, protect him, fill him with the Holy Spirit, and saturate him with Your peace, love, satisfaction, joy, and obedience so we can all have a beautiful, restful, peaceful, calm night tonight and day tomorrow. I pray for all anxiety, PTSD memories/habits, and stubbornness to be gone forever. I ask Lord that You will erase all PTSD memories, negative habits, and all self-injuries forever. Jesus, bless him with the confidence to express his wants and needs in a gentle, calm, and satisfying manner always. Remove all the confusion with his meals, spiritual attacks, stubbornness, anger, rage, and anything not of You. I command them to flee gently and never return in Jesus' name. Jesus, soothe my son so gently that he will be overcome with Your peace and joy. Keep him calm and satisfied today. I pray for Your miracle healing to follow through every aspect of his life. I pray he will always eat peacefully and be satisfied. I pray he will not make a mess, get angry, or waste his food. I declare by Your stripes, Jesus, my son is completely healed. No weapon formed against him shall prosper. I pray no sickness, no disease, and no evil come in his dwelling place. I pray for protection and ministry angels around our home, every window, every room, every door, our yard, and our vehicles. Jesus, I ask that You wash my son in Your blood from the top of his head to the sole of his feet, cleansing every part of him. I pray that he will have no discomfort, eat peacefully, and be satisfied. I pray that You will wrap Your loving arm around my son and soothe him tenderly and keep him peacefully. I declare healing, peace, miracles, and restoration over his life, specifically addressing the challenges of autism, PTSD memories/behaviors, anxiety, and any negative habits. Heavenly Father, we come together in the mighty name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior, and we say: Amen! Let it be done according to Your will and Your word. We believe, and we receive.

We’ve been holding your son and your whole family in prayer as you walk through this difficult patch. It’s clear how deeply you love him, and how much your heart aches when the calm you’ve seen slips away. A setback after weeks of progress can feel so disheartening, but it doesn’t erase the good that came before, and it isn’t the final word. We’re standing with you.

When the evening hours get bumpy and the agitation settles in, one small thing that has helped some families is simply to sit nearby and quietly pray aloud, or even hum a familiar hymn, without needing the person to respond. It doesn’t fix everything, but sometimes it lets the love of Christ fill the room in a way that a tense silence can’t. You’re not alone in this; we’re continuing to lift him up alongside you.

Lord Jesus, we come to You tonight for this precious son. Calm the storm inside him. Still the memories and fears that agitate his mind, and wrap him in Your peace that quiets every anxious thought. Guard his sleep, protect his mealtimes, and help him move through each small moment of his evening without the weight of confusion or dread. We ask for healing for his mind and body, however You choose to bring it, and for wisdom and gentle strength for everyone who cares for him. Where any spiritual oppression would try to disrupt his peace, we pray You would silence it and cover him with Your presence. Bring healing to the relationships in their home, soften hearts, remove division, and let Your love flow again between siblings and family members. Sustain his mother with hope tonight. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

You watch him, and your heart sinks at the first sign of the old trouble returning. The peace of weeks seems to be snatched away in a moment. It is as when a ship that has been sailing smoothly enters a rough sea again, and the tossing begins. But listen: the Master is on board, and He has never once left the vessel. The storm may roar, but He who said “Peace, be still” to the waves is not asleep. He is right there in the house with you and your son.

I think of Peter’s house. A humble fisherman’s hut, yet the Lord Jesus entered it. He did not wait for the fever to leave before He stepped over the threshold. The fever was great, but the Physician was greater. He came right into the place where the sickness polluted the air, and He took that dear woman by the hand, and the fever departed. Your home, too, is visited by the Master. He does not stand outside until you have everything neat and tidy. He walks straight into the room where the agitation has returned, and He is not alarmed by it. He knows all about the confusion, the rigid thoughts, the uneasiness that creeps in at the edges of the evening. He came down to be among the sick, and He is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

You have asked for peace, and that is a good asking. There is a peace that the world cannot give, a peace that flows from the blood of Jesus whispering within. It does not depend on all outward things being perfectly arranged. It comes down like a gentle dew when the heart rests on Him. You have laid your son at Jesus’ feet, stay there a while. Do not hurry away to take up the burden again. Let the Great Physician have the case. He mends broken hearts and binds up wounds; He has leaves of healing for the tree of life that are more than enough for every ailment of the mind and memory. There is no wound in your son’s spirit that is beyond the reach of that healing.

You feel the press of thronging duties and the weariness that comes from watching. But there is a sweet secret: to do the will of Jesus is rest. What would Jesus have you do in this moment? Trust the soul of your child into His hands, and then do the little you can. What you cannot do, leave to Him. The enemy would like you to believe that every setback is a defeat, but it is not so. The Lord permits the ebbing tide that the fullness of the sea may be seen more plainly. He is not far off; He has a firm grip on your son even now, when the boy’s own feelings are cloudy and unsteady.

You have seen improvements these past weeks. That was no accident. The healing hand of Christ was at work, and it is still at work. A convalescent may have a day when old pains return, but the cure is not undone. The fever may flicker up for an hour, but the Physician who ordered the medicine is not surprised. He knows the whole course of the illness, and He has set the time of full deliverance. So do not let the present turbulence drown out the song of hope. The Lord who kept him seizure-free for all these months is able to keep his mind and heart as well.

I think of you, a mother, standing in the gap as Peter’s household must have done. They brought the sick woman to Jesus. You bring your son with every prayer. And just as He lifted her up and she was made whole and began to serve, so the Lord will lift your son out of this present distress and give him days of calm usefulness and joy. The shaving, the meals, the rest, these are not too small for Him. He who made every nerve and sense can soothe them with a touch.

Take this word home to your heart: the Lord’s power is present to heal. It is not a far-off hope; it is a present reality in the very room where your son lies. Breathe one simple prayer: “Lord, I trust Thee. Do what I cannot do. Speak the peace into his mind that no man can speak.” And then, like a child that has told her father, go about the night in quietness.

Lord Jesus, Thou who didst enter the house of Peter and take that fevered woman by the hand, we ask Thee now to enter this home afresh. Lay Thy cool hand upon this dear son’s brow. Still the agitation that rises from old memories and present fears. Let Thy own peace, which passes all understanding, keep his heart and mind in Thee. Soak every troubled thought in the oil of Thy Spirit. Give him a night where sleep comes like a soft blanket, and waking brings no fright. Soothe the whole household, and let the mother’s heart rest, knowing Thou art on the watch. May the returning light of morning find them all refreshed in body and soul, and may this son know, even in ways he cannot speak, that Jesus is near and all is well. Amen.

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing in agreement with you in prayer for your precious son. It has been our heart’s joy to lift him before our Heavenly Father, asking for His peace, healing, and protection to surround him in every area of his life. We have prayed specifically for the chains of anxiety, PTSD memories, and negative habits to be broken, for his mind and heart to be filled with God’s perfect peace, and for his relationships—especially with his sister and family—to be restored in love and unity.

If the Lord has already moved in miraculous ways—if you have seen even small signs of His healing touch, His calming presence, or His restoration in your son’s life—we would be so encouraged to hear a praise report. Your testimony of God’s faithfulness would strengthen all of us in our own faith journeys.

If, however, the battle still feels ongoing, and the setbacks or challenges persist, please do not hesitate to post this request again as a new prayer need. We are committed to continuing with you in prayer, believing with you for breakthrough, wholeness, and the complete victory that only Jesus can bring. We stand with you, declaring that no weapon formed against your son shall prosper, that the peace of God which surpasses all understanding will guard his heart and mind, and that every obstacle blocking his joy, peace, and progress will be removed in Jesus’ mighty name.

May the Lord bless you and your family with His presence, His comfort, and His strength as you continue to seek Him. May you feel His love wrapping around you like a warm embrace, and may you see His hand moving in powerful ways in the days ahead. We pray all of this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
