We have heard your request and we join with you in seeking God's will together in Jesus' name. We thank God that you are alive today, for it is by His mercy and grace that we have breath, and we are grateful you have turned to Him for provision.

We want to gently and lovingly address several things in your request so that your prayers may align more fully with Scripture. First, there is no such thing as luck, good or bad, in the life of the believer. What the world calls luck is under the sovereign hand of God. Proverbs 16:33 says The lot is cast into the lap, but its every decision is from Yahweh. And Romans 8:28 reminds us We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. We do not need a 100 fold increase of luck, we need trust in the providence and wisdom of our Father. We also want to lovingly rebuke the way the precious blood of Jesus was spoken of in your request. The blood of Jesus is not a charm or incantation to get a man or a makeover or favor for rides. The blood of Jesus was shed for the forgiveness of our sins and to reconcile us to God. 1 John 1:7 says the blood of Jesus Christ, his Son, cleanses us from all sin. Ephesians 1:7 says in him we have our redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace. To use His blood as a formula to obtain earthly desires is to misunderstand its holy purpose and we encourage you to repent and honor His sacrifice with reverence. We also want to address the language and desire expressed as getting a fine ass guy and ways to get a man. This language is crude and reflects a focus on outward appearance and lust rather than godliness. We are called to honor God with our speech and our bodies. Ephesians 4:29 says Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but only what is good for building others up. And Hebrews 13:4 says Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled, but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers. Sex before or outside of marriage is fornication and is sin before God. If you are seeking a man, we pray you are seeking a godly husband in marriage, which is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman, not a boyfriend for physical gratification or a temporary relationship. We believe courtship should be with the goal of marriage to another Christian believer who loves the Lord. 2 Corinthians 6:14 says Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. Your desire for a man who will stay is good, but only a marriage built on Christ and commitment can reflect that staying power. We also hear your desire for transportation, for a vehicle, for favor in getting to work, and for a makeover and to feel attractive. God does care about our daily needs. Philippians 4:19 says My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. But we must ask with right motives. James 4:3 says You ask and do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it on your pleasures. And God looks at the heart more than outward appearance. 1 Samuel 16:7 says Yahweh sees not as man sees, for man looks at the outward appearance, but Yahweh looks at the heart. 1 Peter 3:3-4 says Let your beauty be not just the outward adorning of braiding the hair, and of wearing jewels of gold, or of putting on fine clothing, but in the hidden person of the heart, in the incorruptible adornment of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious in the sight of God. It is not wrong to want to look presentable, but we encourage you to seek inner beauty and modesty first, and to trust God rather than chasing many makeovers to attract a man. We also encourage you to release any bitterness toward those you called haters. Matthew 5:44 says love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, we thank You for this life You have given and for Your sustaining grace that keeps us alive each day. We ask in the name of Jesus that You would forgive us where we have spoken lightly of the blood of Your Son and where we have asked with wrong motives. Cleanse us and teach us to pray according to Your will. Lord, we ask that You provide for this need for transportation according to Your riches and wisdom. If it is Your will, open the door for a reliable vehicle or for consistent and safe provision to get to work, and help us to be faithful stewards and hard workers as we trust You. We pray Proverbs 3:5-6 over this life, that we would Trust in Yahweh with all our heart, and not lean on our own understanding, in all our ways acknowledge him, and he will make our paths straight. Father, we lift up the desire for marriage. We ask that You would prepare a godly Christian husband, a man who loves You first and will love and lead his wife as Christ loves the church, and that this relationship would be pursued in purity and honor leading to a lifelong marriage that glorifies You. Guard this heart from lust and from focusing only on outward attractiveness, and cultivate within a gentle and quiet spirit that is precious in Your sight. Help us to delight ourselves in You first, trusting Psalm 37:4 that when we delight ourselves also in Yahweh, You will give us the desires of our heart according to Your perfect plan. We pray Jeremiah 29:11 over this life, that Your thoughts toward us are thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give us hope and a future. We ask all of this in the mighty and only name by which we are saved and have access to You, Jesus Christ our Lord, amen.

One small next step that may help while you wait is to let one trusted person know about your transportation need, whether a supervisor, coworker, or someone at your church, and ask if there are ride share options, shift adjustments, or community resources you haven't yet explored. You don't have to carry the search alone.

Father, we lift this need to You in Jesus' name. Provide for daily transportation in the way You know is best, guard safety on the way to and from work, restore hope where there has been discouragement, and lead with wisdom in desires for companionship and for the future. Your earnest cries for provision, for daily bread and for companionship, have been heard and are now brought before the throne of grace with a sincere desire for your true and lasting good.

We must speak plainly and lovingly concerning how we approach our Covenant God. Divine Providence is not put under our supervision, nor is the blood of Jesus a charm to obtain a man or a makeover or favorable luck. The blood of Christ was poured out for a far greater and holier purpose, to cleanse sinners from sin and to reconcile us to God. As it is written, to as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God. There is Heaven itself in that word, sons of God, and eternal Paradise in that cry, Abba, Father. The atonement is the vicarious suffering of Christ in the sinner's stead, that we might be forgiven and adopted into the Divine family, not a means to compel earthly favors at our bidding.

There is no attribute more comforting to the child of God than Divine Sovereignty. We are to recognize God's hand in everything, and to trust His wisdom rather than to demand that He fulfill our wishes today in the way we have prescribed. To speak of bad luck turning to good luck mistakes the nature of our Father's care. We do not live by luck, but by the kind and sovereign disposal of a God who does all things well. He knows your need of transportation for your labor, and your feet and your journey to work are not hidden from Him. We will pray that He in His mercy will provide for your needs according to His perfect wisdom, and that He will give you contentment and trust while you wait upon Him, whether He grants the vehicle you desire or sustains you by other means.

Concerning the longing for a man, we must also look to the Lord's holy design. Marriage is a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and all that belongs to the union of love is to be kept within that covenant alone. To seek a man by any way that appeals to outward attraction or to use the holy name and blood of Christ as a means to secure such a relationship is to take a sacred liberty and turn it to sinister license, which a dutiful child of God cannot do. The Divine way is purity and patience and reverent fear of God, which itself brings strong confidence. We cannot ask God to bless what does not accord with His Word, nor can we celebrate language or desire that dishonors Him.

Therefore our prayer for you is shaped by the Divine Presence which is the one hope of the people of God, and by the merits of Jesus Christ our Lord who lives to plead for us.

We pray that you may know Jesus Christ as your Savior indeed, that your sins may be washed away by His blood and your soul forever secure in His hands through simple faith in Him alone. We pray that you may know the grandeur of the Divine Character and tremble to impute wrong to Him, trusting His sovereignty in all things. We pray that the Lord will provide for your daily needs, for honest work and for means of travel, as seems best to His infinite affection and wisdom. And we pray that He will guard your heart, make you chaste and holy, content in His love, and if it be His will, prepare you in due time for a godly marriage that honors Him, rather than a fleeting companionship sought after the flesh. May His Divine gentleness lead you, and His Spirit work all your works in you, that you may say with a grateful heart, He hath delivered my soul from death and my feet from falling.

Your prayer has been heard and I want to answer you with honesty and with care before God.

You asked for many things at once, for a sudden change of luck, for a vehicle to get to work, for a man to stay with you, for a new appearance and a makeover to attract a man, and you spoke of using the blood of Jesus to obtain these things. I understand the weight behind these requests, the weariness of having to walk or depend on the bus, the longing not to be alone, and the desire to feel seen and valued. God does see those burdens and He invites you to bring your needs to Him, but He also calls us to bring them with a right heart and according to His will.

First, there is no such thing as luck with God, good or bad. What we call luck is under His providence. He does not respond to formulas or to demanding a miracle today on our terms. He is a Father who gives what is good for us as we seek Him first, and His greatest gift is not a vehicle or outward favor but forgiveness and new life through Jesus Christ alone. The blood of Jesus was shed to cleanse us from sin and to reconcile us to God, not as a charm to secure a partner or an attractive appearance. To use His name in that way is to misunderstand its holy purpose.

Second, your need for transportation for work is a real and practical need, and it is right to ask God to provide for it. We will pray that God in His wisdom supplies what you need to work faithfully and provide for yourself, whether that is a reliable ride, continued strength, or open doors for provision, and that you would be given contentment and diligence while you wait on His provision.

Third, concerning your desire for a man, Scripture teaches that marriage is honorable, a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and that sexual intimacy and living together belong only within that covenant. Marriage itself is not unholy, but it requires holiness, faithfulness and self control. What you described, seeking a fine appearing man through makeovers and attraction, and using language that focuses on the body, is making provision for the flesh to fulfill its desires. That path does not lead to lasting love or to holiness. God calls us not to filthy or crude talk and not to pursue relationships through seduction or outward display, but to pursue purity, modesty and good works, with prayer and a quiet trust in Him. If God wills marriage for you, pray not for any man to stay, but for a godly man who loves Christ, and that you yourself would be prepared to be a godly wife, should He provide that gift in His time.

The desire to be attractive is understandable, but true beauty before God is not found in a hat or a makeover or in winning attention. It is found in a heart that is being renewed by Christ, clothed in humility, kindness and self control. To chase many ways to get a man will only leave you empty. To seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness is the way to have all other things added as He sees fit.

So let us pray in a way that honors God.

Father, we thank You that salvation is through Jesus Christ alone and that His blood cleanses from all sin. We ask that You would deepen faith and repentance in this heart, and teach her to seek You above all else. Provide for her daily needs according to Your wisdom, including her need to get to work, and give her patience and gratitude in all circumstances. Guard her tongue and her thoughts, and lead her away from lust and vanity toward holiness and peace. If it is Your will, prepare her for a marriage that reflects Your covenant love, pure and faithful and lifelong, and until then keep her in purity and contentment. Help her to use the time and resources You give not for the flesh but for prayer, good works and service to others. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, not to fulfill our desires, but that Your will be done. Amen.

Continue to seek the Lord in His Word, in prayer and in the fellowship of His people, trusting not in luck or outward change but in His steadfast grace.
