Dear Friends in Christ jesus,
I am in a dilema; the job I am working for is putting all of us through a lot of unecessary agrevation. It appears they hired this Supervisor, who wants to use us as his Ginuea Pig to do role play. Something non of us need to do.
They have changed my tour this week for some stupid reason to show me what they do on the 4-12 tour.My wife nor any of our employees like this and think this is wrong as well. And not to mention he went over the head supervisors head to do this. None of my co-workers find any of this justifiable, he doesn't work on our tour to begin with, and everything they can show us we already know. It is a waste of time, for any of us to do this nonsense. He also wants someone from his tour to go on our tour.We know what goes on that tour.
Now, if I have to I will go further to the labor board, or congress or my senator or union, and state that there is unfair labor relations. I am employed by this place for 15 years. I have tried 11 years to find another position. This is the type of job, that you don't have to cause trouble; trouble finds you. There is mental abuse there. they have an adminstration office to type reports they make us type opur own reports,We weren't hired to do that they take advantage of us.
My wife and I are in our late 50's I am 56 years old, I have been through this broken record again and again and again. and it is frustrating, none the less not necessary. This boss is creating havoc on this job, he is after all the senior officrs. What would it be if someone had another job at the hours they request this nonsense. they don't listen to reason. This guy has got to go before this goes off the ground. As it is the job is stressful. He makes it more stressful. And it appears In the last five years my prayers are taking a very long time to be answered. i finally now am starting to get answers, and everytime I want to move forward, people like this abuse me.
I have classes I have to attend for membership. My wife doesn't like this I am claiming deliverance from this and moving forward. I need to know God's perfect will in my life, this is starting to hinder that. I have been trusting God for a car for five years. I don't understand what is happening here. I have no relatives who presently live where I am and I can't see them that much because i lack the means of transportation, and need a vehicle for this.
Our daughter created havoc with my wife, and I, and made problems with my family dividing it up. Now, mind you this is my sister she caused this problem with, and my brother. she has put my sister in the position to make a choice between us and her. And because our daughter is a liar like she is. and she hoodwinks everyone she chose her over us. My brother seems to think we are using him because our daughter created a wedge telling them that or macde them believe this lie.
She also has made problems between us and our grandchildren after she threw us son out. How long does this go on, and why is it going on and of this nonsense; we don't hold a grudge; what is making things nutty like this. She did this to herself, we did not cause this. Even my mom knows she did this because she heard our granddaughter making the remark it is all alone time for you grandma on the other phone. Not only that but my wife had to go to court for a whole year because of her daughter starting trouble with her. We didn't do anything to deserve this, and she has been causing havoc for us since the year 2000.and all my wife and I have done was loved her helped her and our grandchildren my mom can't convince my sister it is her or any of her children nor my brother and his wife.
I need a complete breakthrough here tomorrow with this job, I need to start working somewhere else, and I want you to pray regardless that no one on that job will have to submit to that incompentency. That God will either move this man or management will scrape this idea , or he will stop it. Or he will get saved and stop it. I can't keep enduring this nonsense, it isn't fair to me or anyone over childish stuff.God bLess You please have many people pray for these requests and let's have breakthrough. God can perform a miracle his word say No weapon Formed against you will prosper. Enough is Enough. Please have people pray constantly during the day. I need breakthrough
