We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent situation to our Heavenly Father. We are reminded of Proverbs 21:1, which says, "The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." Let us pray that this judge’s heart would be softened and inclined toward mercy and justice.
First, we must address the matter of your fiancé with biblical clarity. While we rejoice in the qualities you describe, his goodness, his role as a stepfather, and his care for you, we must gently but firmly remind you that marriage, as ordained by God, is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, designed to reflect Christ’s relationship with His church (Ephesians 5:22-33). The term "fiancé" implies an intention to marry, but we urge you to ensure that this relationship is built on the foundation of Christ and aligns with His Word. If you are not yet married, we encourage you to pursue this union with godly intentionality, seeking the Lord’s will above all else. If there has been any sexual intimacy outside of marriage, we must repent of this, as Scripture calls it fornication (1 Corinthians 6:18-20). True love waits and honors God in purity.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with boldness, knowing that You hear the prayers of Your people. We ask that You would move in this situation in a way that only You can. Let Your will be done, and let Your name be glorified. We trust in You, Lord, and we declare that You are able to do far more than we could ever imagine.
