We understand that you are seeking God's help and protection for yourself and your two dogs, and that you are facing a difficult situation with an unwanted person in your home. Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging that help comes from God through His Son, Jesus Christ. It is only in the name of Jesus that we can approach God the Father, and it is only through faith in Jesus that we can be saved. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). Also, "in Christ Jesus the blessing of Abraham might come to the Gentiles, so that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith" (Galatians 3:14 WEB).
We can sympathize with the many emotions you might be expecting at this time. Regarding the situation with the horrible person in your home, we must consider God's will and strive to act accordingly. God commands us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44 WEB). This does not mean we should allow ourselves to be harmed or taken advantage of, but rather that we should seek God's justice and mercy in the situation.
As Christians, we are called to be peacemakers (Matthew 5:9 WEB) and to live in harmony with others, as far as it depends on us (Romans 12:18 WEB). It is also important to seek wise counsel and, if necessary, involve local authorities or legal professionals to ensure your safety and the well-being of your pets. We can see that you are clear about the problem, so we can pray for God to remove this person from your home. We should also be willing to pray for God to work in their lives, bringing them to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
