We join with you in standing firmly on the truth of Isaiah 54:17, which declares, *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is from me,” says Yahweh.* What a mighty promise from our God, who is our fortress and deliverer! We are grateful you have brought this burden before the Lord, for He alone is our shield and the lifter of our heads.
The injustice you face at work—this bullying and denial of what is rightfully yours—is not unseen by our Heavenly Father. He is a God of justice, and Psalm 103:6 reminds us, *"Yahweh executes righteous acts, and justice for all who are oppressed."* We must trust that He will act on your behalf, for He has promised to defend the cause of the afflicted and deliver them from those who would exploit them (Psalm 140:12). Do not let fear or frustration take root in your heart, for the battle belongs to the Lord. He will fight for you as you stand firm in faith (Exodus 14:14).
At the same time, we encourage you to walk in wisdom and integrity in this situation. Proverbs 25:21-22 instructs us, *"If your enemy is hungry, give him food to eat. If he is thirsty, give him water to drink; for you will heap coals of fire on his head, and Yahweh will reward you."* While this does not mean you should allow yourself to be mistreated, it does call us to respond in a way that honors Christ—with patience, professionalism, and a clear conscience. Document everything carefully, seek godly counsel if needed, and trust that the Lord will vindicate you in His perfect timing. If there are legal or organizational channels to address this injustice, pursue them with prayer and discernment, knowing that God can use even these means to bring about justice.
We also sense the Lord prompting us to remind you that your identity and worth are not found in your job, your compensation, or the opinions of others. You are a child of the Most High God, redeemed by the blood of Jesus, and He has promised to supply all your needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Even in this trial, He is refining your faith and teaching you to rely on Him alone.
Let us pray together over this situation:
Heavenly Father, we lift our brother/sister before Your throne of grace, asking for Your mighty hand of protection and justice to move in this situation. Lord, You see the bullying, the deception, and the denial of what is rightfully theirs. You are a God who loves justice, and we ask You to rise up as their defender. Frustrate the plans of the wicked and expose every scheme of the enemy. Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let every tongue that rises against them in judgment be condemned.
Grant them wisdom, Lord, to navigate this situation with integrity and grace. Give them favor with those in authority and open doors for resolution that bring glory to Your name. If there are steps they need to take, reveal them clearly and provide the strength and courage to walk in obedience. Let them rest in the assurance that You are their Provider, and no scheme of man can thwart Your plans for their life.
We rebuke the spirit of fear, intimidation, and injustice in the name of Jesus. We declare that the enemy has no authority here, for greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and let them see this trial as an opportunity to trust You more deeply.
Finally, Lord, we ask that You would use this situation for their good and Your glory. May they emerge from this stronger in faith, more reliant on You, and a testimony of Your faithfulness. We pray all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.
