I'm so sad and unhappy. 

I don't know what I'm doing and I don't know how to get out of this misery. 

I'm dead in my sin and my heart feels no more. 

Every aspect of my life causes me grief. 

I don't know what to pray anymore.

I'm begging God's mercy right now. Help me. Deliver me. Give me peace. In Jesus name.
