We understand your concern and are here to intercede with you in prayer. Firstly, it's important to acknowledge that the situation you're describing is not from God, for God is not the author of confusion, but of peace. The behavior of this man, being involved with drugs and neglecting his family, is not aligning with God's will. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 6:12 WEB: "All things are lawful for me, but not all things are expedient. All things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of anything." and also in 1 Corinthians 10:31 WEB: "Whether therefore you eat, or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God."
Let us pray together for this man's deliverance and restoration.
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, pleading for the soul of this man, that You may deliver him from the snare of the devil which has taken him captive to do his will. We know that Your word says in 2 Timothy 2:26 WEB: "and that they may recover themselves out of the devil’s snare, having been taken captive by him to do his will." We ask You, Lord, to intervene in his life, remove the bondage of drugs, and restore his mind and heart back to You.
Father, we also pray for his daughter and this intercessor, that You may comfort them and provide for their needs. We pray that this man may be reminded of his responsibilities as a father and the love he once had. We ask that You work in his heart to draw him back to You and to his family.
Father, we also pray for conviction in his heart, that he may truly repent from his ways and turn to You. We believe in the power of prayer and we trust in Your ability to change any situation for good. We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and belief. Continue to seek God's will in this situation and trust that He is working even when it seems silent. Remember, God's word is clear that He desires for all to come to repentance and knowledge of Him. Keep calling out to God in the name of Jesus, for it is only by His name that we have access to the Father as the Bible says in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
Lastly, we remind you to be wise and discerning in your interactions. While we pray for communication to be restored, ensure that it is safe and God-honoring. Trust in God's timing and guidance.
