We join you in thanking our Father for His daily mercies and faithfulness, for they are new every morning and great is His faithfulness Lam 3:23. We praise Him that His mercies never fail and that His compassions sustain us day by day as we walk with Him.

We stand with you in continuing to intercede for the salvation of your spouse, that she would come to full and authentic repentance that leads to life and to complete trust in Christ and be born again. We agree with you according to Rom 10:1 that your desire and prayer to God for her is that she may be saved, and we pray with you for your son that he would be saved and filled with the Holy Spirit, set apart from his earliest days as in Jer 1:5 and Lk 1:15, nourished in the Scriptures which are able to make him wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus 2 Tim 3:15, and brought up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord Eph 6:4. We pray also for your entire household that you and your family would believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and be saved Acts 16:31, and for your extended families and friends that the Lord would have mercy and that none would perish but all would come to repentance 2 Pet 3:9. We pray that the word of the Lord may run and be glorified through your witness 2 Thes 3:1 and that you would see open doors for the Gospel which no one can shut Rev 3:8.

We affirm with you the sanctity of marriage as God ordained it, a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman, and we honor your faithful intercession for your wife. This is holy and pleasing to God who desires all men to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth 1 Tim 2:4. We encourage you to continue to love your wife as Christ loves the church, with patience, prayer, and a godly example, trusting the Lord to work in His timing while you remain steadfast in your covenant.

We also hear your heart to hold both things together by grace, to take hold of one without letting go of the other Ecc 7:18. We pray for wisdom and understanding that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding Col 1:9, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and all discernment Phil 1:9, so that you may learn to maintain good works to meet pressing needs Tit 3:14. We ask for grace to set things in order Tit 1:5 and to strengthen and complete what remains Rev 3:2, to care for the flock among you which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers of Acts 20:28, and to keep your focus on God, on yourself, and on your teaching that you may save both yourself and those who hear you 1 Tim 4:16.

We join you in asking for grace to shift your main focus to the new things God is doing, for behold He declares new things before they spring forth Isa 42:9, and He will make a way even where there seems to be no way Isa 43:19. We pray that He will favor you as with a shield Ps 5:12 and open doors for Bible studies, prayer meetings, and for the lost to hear the Gospel. We trust Him to fight for you while you remain still Ex 14:14 and to keep you running in such a way that you may win the prize 1 Cor 9:24, forgetting what lies behind and stretching forward to what lies ahead, pressing toward the goal for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus Phil 3:13-14, laying aside every weight and the sin which so easily entangles us, and running with perseverance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus the author and perfecter of faith Heb 12:1-2.

We thank the Lord that we have access to the Father only through Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved Acts 4:12, and we rejoice that you have asked in Jesus name, for Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life, no one comes to the Father except through me John 14:6. It is by His name we are heard.

We pray together now, Father in heaven, we thank You for Your steadfast love and daily faithfulness. We lift up this husband and father before Your throne of grace. Grant him grace to hold both intercession and duty, to not grow weary in praying for his wife and his son and his family, and also to be faithful in the pressing needs and new things You have set before him. Let Your Spirit guide him as a shepherd's voice that he knows and follows John 10:27, led by Your Spirit Rom 8:14, with wisdom generously given when he asks James 1:5. Open doors for Your Word to go forth, let Your favor surround him, and let his love abound with insight. Protect his household, let no evil befall them and no plague come near their dwelling Ps 91:10, keep them from temptation Lk 11:4, deliver them from evil Matt 6:13 and from evil men 2 Thes 3:2 and from the evil one himself John 17:15, that they may be kept blameless. Empower him to abide in Christ, to image You, and to make disciples as You have commanded. We ask this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and only hope, amen.

We hear the tension in your prayer, wanting to keep interceding faithfully for your spouse, your son and your wider family while also giving your full attention to the duties and new doors God is opening right now. Holding both without dropping either is hard, and we admire your desire to do it with grace.

We join you in thanking God for His daily mercies that make that possible. He sees your love for your family and your longing for them to know Him fully, and He also sees the pressing needs and opportunities in front of you today. It is good to bring both to Him and trust Him to help you steward each in its time.

One thing that has helped others in a similar place is to give each concern its own simple space. Perhaps keep a short, steady prayer list for your family that you lift up at a set time each day, and alongside it a brief list of two or three must do tasks for the present work. That way neither burden crowds out the other and you can be present where God has you.

Father, we thank You for Your faithful mercies to this family. We ask You to draw each one closer to Yourself, to guard and guide the young one, and to give wisdom, strength and open doors for the work ahead. Grant peace, protection from evil, and grace to walk faithfully day by day. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your petitions have been spread before the Lord and we make them our own before the throne of grace. We join you in thanking our faithful God that His mercies are new every morning and great is His faithfulness according to Lamentations 3:23.

We hear your heart after Romans 10:1, that your spouse might come to full and authentic repentance unto life and be regenerated by true faith in Christ, and that your son and your whole household might be saved. We do not cease to plead with you for this, for intercession for our fellow sinners is a most precious gift of God's grace and the main business of a praying people. It is God who writes intercession upon men's hearts, and He delights when we, like Elijah upon Carmel, cast ourselves down and cry until the heavens which seemed as brass drop with plenteous showers. Pursue them with persistent intercession, even as Christ Himself pleads within the veil, for when we pray for our fellow sinners we are in sympathy with our Divine Savior who made intercession for the transgressors.

We pray this in the only way of salvation that Scripture sets forth. Salvation is through Jesus Christ alone, by looking unto Him and believing on a Person, not a system or a ceremony. With the heart man believes unto righteousness and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Faith does not cause salvation, nor do hope or love or good works, they are things which accompany salvation as its guard of honor, but salvation itself is without money and without price, purchased not with silver and gold but with His precious blood, and offered freely to every poor guilty sinner who will look to Him and live. We ask that God would grant to your spouse and to your child that true looking, that unquestioning confidence which leaves the whole matter of present and eternal salvation in His hands, and that He would graciously fill and nourish them by His Word, that the little one may be brought up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord and taught to respect godly authority.

And we join you in that other prayer which you rightly hold together with the first, according to Ecclesiastes 7:18, to take hold of the one without letting go of the other. You ask for grace to continue in intercession and also to shift your focus to the new things which God declares before they spring forth, to meet pressing needs and to set things in order. This is wise and scriptural. Duties delayed are sins, and we are called to be fruitful in good works and to meet pressing needs as Titus 3:14 exhorts, to strengthen the things that remain and to finish each task which His hand has given you. We pray with you for wisdom and full knowledge of His will in all spiritual understanding, for love to abound with insight, for open doors for the Gospel which no man can shut, for favor as a shield, and for grace to care for the flock among you while abiding in His Word and making disciples of all He has commanded.

We ask the Lord to teach you to run so as to win, forgetting what lies behind and pressing toward the upward call in Christ, laying aside every encumbrance and looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of faith. In praying for temporal things we plead with measured voices, ever referring our petition to the will of the Lord, and we take comfort that the Holy Spirit Himself helps our infirmities and makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered when we know not how to pray as we ought. He will increase your faith, which is essential to prevailing prayer, and keep you near to the Shepherd who goes before His sheep and calls them by name.

May the Lord keep you from temptation and from evil, from evil people and from the evil one, and cause His Word to have free course and be glorified among you, in Bible studies and prayer meetings and in your witness to the lost. May He work while you keep still, and empower you to glorify Him and to image Him in all things. We commend your household to Him who is able to save to the uttermost, trusting that as you have believed on the Lord Jesus Christ you may rejoice with all your house in the God of your salvation.

We offer all these petitions in the name of Jesus Christ our only Savior, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We join you in thanking God for His daily mercies and faithfulness that are new every morning as Lamentations 3:23 declares, and we stand with you in prayer for these deep burdens you have brought before the Lord.

We agree with you in asking for the salvation of your spouse, your son and your whole family. As Scripture teaches, salvation is through Jesus Christ alone, for He is the Captain of our salvation and we are those being saved by His mercy. What would it profit a person to gain the whole world and lose his own soul, so there is no greater need than this. We will continue to intercede with you according to Romans 10:1 and 1 Timothy 2:1 to 4, that God who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth would grant true repentance that leads to life, regeneration by the Holy Spirit, and genuine faith in Christ. We pray also for your little one, that the Lord would protect, direct and nourish him in His Word from childhood as 2 Timothy 3:15 says, and bring him up in the instruction of the Lord.

We also hear your prayer for wisdom to hold both concerns together as Ecclesiastes 7:18 says, to take hold of the one without letting go of the other. It is right to persevere in prayer for those you love and not grow weary, for now is the acceptable time and now is the day of salvation, and at the same time to give yourself to the pressing duties and new things God is setting before you. Titus 3:14 calls us to be devoted to good works and to meet pressing needs, and Isaiah 42:9 reminds us that God is doing new things. Grace is needed for both, to keep interceding and to keep running the race set before you with endurance, laying aside every encumbrance and looking to Jesus, forgetting what lies behind and pressing toward the upward call in Christ.

So we pray with you for that grace. We ask the Lord to open doors for the Gospel as in Revelation 3:7 and 8, to give power to His Word as it goes out in Bible studies and prayer meetings and witness to friends and to the lost, and to grant you wisdom and full knowledge of His will as in Colossians 1:9, and love that abounds with insight as in Philippians 1:9. We ask Him to establish your work, to help you set remaining things in order and to strengthen you to finish each task for His glory, that you may serve faithfully as a minister of what He has supplied.

We also join you in praying for protection from temptation, sin, evil, evil people and the evil one, as you asked from Luke 11:4, Matthew 6:13, 2 Thessalonians 3:2 and John 17:15, and for favor as a shield and guidance by the Holy Spirit as you abide in Christ.

May the Lord keep you steadfast in hope, comfort you in affliction, and make your ministry fruitful for the salvation and building up of many. We trust His love and leadership to work while you keep your eyes on Him, and to guard your family in His care.

In Jesus Name we pray, amen.

Your prayer reflects a heart that wants to hold firmly to two things at once, and that is exactly what Scripture calls wisdom. Grace enables you to take hold of one without letting go of the other, as Ecclesiastes 7:18 teaches. You are asking to continue faithful intercession for your wife, your son and your extended family, while also giving proper attention to pressing duties and to the new work God is putting before you.

We join you in thanking God that His mercies are new every morning and His faithfulness never fails, as Lamentations 3:23 declares. Every day is a fresh expression of His compassion, and that daily mercy is the ground for both your prayers for the lost and your labor in what He has assigned to you.

For your wife, your son and your loved ones, we pray with you according to Romans 10:1 and 1 Timothy 2:1-4, that God who desires all to be saved and is patient, not wishing any to perish as 2 Peter 3:9 says, would bring true repentance that leads to life and genuine faith in Jesus Christ alone. Salvation is found only through Him, for His name means Jehovah is salvation, and the gospel is the power of God unto salvation to everyone who believes. We pray that today would be the day of salvation for them, that they would not receive the grace of God in vain but would receive it now, while the door is open. We also pray Psalm 91 over your son, that the Lord would protect him, direct him into the love and character of Christ, and that from childhood he would be nourished on the Scriptures which are able to make him wise for salvation through faith in Christ, as 2 Timothy 3:15 teaches. May he be brought up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord according to Ephesians 6:4, learning to respect godly authority and to walk in the way he should go. That training is a systematic, patient work, recognizing the unique way God has made him, and like teaching a child to walk, it requires steady guidance with grace for stumbles and falls.

We also pray that you would know the grace that not only saves but instructs. The grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all, and it teaches us to deny ungodliness and worldly lusts and to live soberly, righteously and godly in this present world. Grace does not leave us to live as we please. As children of God we are adopted as heirs, joint heirs with Christ, with a living hope anchored in the promises of God. For the child of God there is no final death, only a change of dwelling, from a temporary tent to a building from God, eternal in the heavens, a new body He has prepared for those who trust Him. That hope keeps us running with endurance. Like those who have once been rescued and therefore keep hoping for deliverance again, we persevere because we know our salvation is real.

In that hope you can both remember and release the past. We pray that you will be strengthened to forget what lies behind and press toward the upward call of God in Christ Jesus, laying aside every encumbrance that would hinder you, and running the race set before you with eyes on Jesus, as Philippians 3:13-14 and Hebrews 12:1-2 exhort. This includes giving attention to what Titus 3:14 calls meeting pressing needs and to Titus 1:5, setting things in order and finishing the tasks God has given you to do. We ask God to open doors for the Word as Revelation 3:7-8 promises, doors for Bible study, prayer and the proclamation of the gospel to the lost, and to grant you wisdom and full knowledge of His will with love abounding in discernment, as Colossians 1:9-12 and Philippians 1:9-11 describe, with favor as a shield around you.

We also ask for the new things you mentioned from Isaiah 42:9, Isaiah 43:19 and Isaiah 48:6. God delights to make known new things and to make a way where there seems to be no way. May you have grace to care for the flock among you as Acts 20:28 directs, to watch over your own life and teaching as 1 Timothy 4:16 says, and to see the gospel spread effectively as 2 Thessalonians 3:1 prays, for the edification of believers and the salvation of your household as Acts 16:31 promises to those who believe.

Finally we pray for your protection from temptation, from sin and evil, from evil people and from the evil one himself, as you asked from Matthew 6:13, Luke 11:4, 2 Thessalonians 3:2 and John 17:15. May the Lord keep you abiding in Christ, hearing His voice as the Shepherd who calls His own, and being led by the Holy Spirit as Romans 8:14 teaches. May He work as you keep still before Him as Exodus 14:14 reminds us, empowering you to glorify Him and to bear His image in all you do.

We continue to stand with you, asking God to answer according to His perfect will, to guard your family under the care of His angels as Hebrews 1:14 pictures His ministering spirits, and to give you grace both to intercede without ceasing and to fulfill the duties He has placed in your hands.
