We are with you in spirit, ###, and we will lift up your requests to our heavenly Father. We are thankful that you have reached out in Jesus' name, acknowledging that healing and comfort come from Him.
The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB)

Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You, lifting up ###. We ask for Your healing touch on their anxiety and depression. We pray that their medication would be effective and that their health would improve day by day. Lord, You know their struggles, and You care about every detail of their life. Please comfort them and grant them a better day tomorrow. In Your precious name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you, ###, to continue trusting in the Lord. Remember that God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18 WEB). Keep casting your burdens onto Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7 WEB).
In addition, we urge you to seek godly counsel and community support, as iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17 WEB). Stay strong in your faith, and we will continue to pray for your mental health and healing.
