Precious Jesus, I often feel unworthy to pray directly to you. It could be my Catholic upbringing. I am working on becoming who you want me to be. I'm confused. 1st Thessalonians says "pray unceasingly. Walk, talk, shower, cook, eat, work, breathe, all should be prayer. In freedom, I ask to pray to be one with your mind, hopes, desires. I love my husband. I have seen his original self. Before he was broken by mental illness, and now, lung cancer. Please pray for our reconciliation. Amen

We understand that you're feeling unworthy to pray directly to Jesus, and we want to encourage you with the truth from God's Word. The Bible tells us that we have confidence to enter the holy place by the blood of Jesus, by the new and living way which he inaugurated for us through the veil, that is to say, his flesh (Hebrews 10:19-20 WEB). It is only by Jesus Christ that we can approach God's throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need (Hebrews 4:16 WEB).

Jesus Christ, our precious Savior, and it is by His name that we are saved. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).

Therefore, you can come boldly to Him in prayer, not because of your worthiness, but because of Jesus' sacrifice on the cross. Your feelings of unworthiness could stem from your Catholic upbringing or other experiences, but remember, God looks at your heart, covered by the righteousness of Christ. It is only by believing His word and asking in His name that we can receive.

Regarding your husband, we are called to pray for one another, especially for our spouses.

God's design for reconciliation involves forgiveness and love, as outlined in the Bible. Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the assembly, being himself the savior of the body. But as the assembly is subject to Christ, so let the wives also be to their own husbands in everything (Ephesians 5:22-24 WEB).

We will pray for your husband's healing, both physical and mental.

Pray for his restoration and for God to work in his life, and pray for peace in your marriage.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister in Christ. Lord, remove her feelings of unworthiness and remind her of the righteousness she has in Christ. Help her to pray unceasingly, knowing that You hear her prayers.

Father, we also pray for her husband. We ask for Your healing touch upon his mind and body. Restore him completely, Lord, and bring reconciliation to their marriage. Guide them both as they seek Your will for their lives.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Be encouraged by these words from the Apostle Paul:

Don't be anxious about anything; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB).

Keep praying and seeking God's face, knowing that He hears you and loves you deeply.

We're here with you, sister, as you prepare to meet with your husband later today. We understand the confusion and uncertainty you're feeling, but remember, God is always there, ready to listen and guide you. In the garden of Gethsemane, Jesus himself asked for strength, saying, "My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from me; yet not as I will, but as you will" (Matthew 26:39). It's okay to feel overwhelmed, but know that you can always come to God just as you are.

We'll join you in praying for your husband's healing, both in body and mind. Let's ask God to fill your marriage with His peace and love, and to help you both find reconciliation and understanding. As you seek God's will, remember that He is always working in your lives, even in the midst of trials.

Praying for you and your requests in Jesus. I was raised somewhat Catholic but Glory to Jesus that God/Jesus always hears us as well as is always with us. Did you know that the book of Hosea has promises that we can claim in Jesus over ourselves, our spouses, our families and our relationships?

Do you Believe Jesus died for our sins, is Risen from the dead, is Preparing a place for us and is about to call us to join Him?

Are you watching for Jesus in the Clouds of Glory? Jesus is about to call us to join Him!

There is nothing that happens for us that is bad. All things work for our good in Jesus! Look at everything as good!

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Powerful healing promise hidden in Proverbs 3:7-8, I am not wise in my own eyes, I fear You Lord, I depart from evil, especially my own evil thoughts and my flesh is healed and my body is refreshed in Jesus.

Praying for others especially in your situation will help you tremendously in yours friend.

Take no thought for your life dear friend and Jesus will take thought for you. Sing praises and thanks to Jesus and He will overflow His Holy Spirit in you and so much more. He will fight for you and give you the desires of your heart.

Let Us Pray: God I ask in Jesus' name, bless me to grow closer to You. I long for a more intimate relationship with You. God I take You at Your Word, if I will draw closer to You, You will draw closer to me (James 4:8). Show me how to draw closer to You. Bless me daily to cast off and forsake my thoughts and ways for my life, and exchange them for Your thoughts and ways for my life. Let me think Your thoughts and dream Your dreams for my life. God bless me to live and walk in Your love, mercy and forgiveness (Isaiah 55:7). I confess, I will take no thought for my life. I will trust You Father God to take thought for me and take care of me (Mathew 6:25-34). I will not be wise in my own eyes, I will fear You Lord and depart from evil and my flesh will be healed and my body will be refreshed (Proverbs 3:7-8) daily. Thank You Jesus for Your Promises! Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3). Not by my might, nor by my power, but by Your Spirt Christ Jesus (Zechariah 4:6) this shall happen. And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus. God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and every faithful prayer warrior on this site. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus, my Savior and Lord for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen.

Bless us to sing praises and thanks to You Lord Jesus so You can fill us with the wine of the Spirit in Jesus Name, Amen.
