We join with you in bringing this need before the Lord and we have heard your heart regarding the chronic pain you endure since your near fatal car accident and the severe injuries to your tibia and fibula. To live with pain that makes it hard to stand or walk is a heavy burden, and we pray the Lord will bring you comfort and strength each day.
We are reminded that God sees our suffering and cares deeply for our physical needs. He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3. We also cling to His promise, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. Even when healing is not instant or complete, He promises to be our strength and to supply what we need, for My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19.
We also want to gently share that we noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to lovingly remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and receive salvation. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If you have not already done so, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and confess Him as Lord, for if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved Romans 10:9. It is in His name we pray and find hope both for this life and for eternity.

Lord, we ask for Your healing touch, for relief from chronic pain, for strength to stand and walk, and for Your comfort on difficult days. Bless the hands of doctors and all who provide care, and grant wisdom in managing this ongoing condition. We also bring the need for a medical pension before You. You know the financial burden and the need for provision and stability. We ask that You grant favor with those who review this case, that truth and justice would prevail, and that if it is Your will, this pension would be granted. Above all, we pray Your will be done and that You would provide in the way You know is best. Help our friend to cast all anxiety on You, for In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. Your trial has been laid before us and we have carried it to the throne of grace. To bear chronic pain in your bones after so grievous an accident, to find it hard to stand or to walk, is a heavy burden, and the Lord sees how your strength fails you.
We are reminded that our bodies are frail and must yield to wear and tear, and that even the strongest must at last confess that they have no might. But the promise stands for those who wait upon the Lord, that they shall renew their strength. When all your own strength fails you, your strength shall be to sit still while God arises and becomes your arm every morning, your salvation in the time of trouble. It is the way of the Lord to look in pity upon those who are cast down and to come with succor to those who are in distress. He delights to look upon the poor and needy.
So we pray for you, that the Lord who said, I will strengthen them in the Lord and they shall walk up and down in His name, would grant you strength for your daily walk and work. We ask that He who is the Sun of Righteousness would rise upon you with healing in His wings, for pardon and healing are one in Christ. The leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and a word from Him, being His and coming home to the heart as His, brings healing to head and heart and bone and sinew. Whether He restores you fully in this life or sustains you in weakness till the greater healing above, may you taste and handle Christ as real and true, and walk in Him as your element, quiet and calm in His care.

Your request for prayer has been heard and we bring it before the Lord with care and compassion. To suffer chronic pain after such a severe accident, with fractures to both the tibia and fibula, and to find it hard even to stand or walk, is a heavy burden to carry each day. God sees this affliction and He is not distant from it.
Scripture teaches us that caring for the body for the sake of health is right and good. As Paul told Timothy to use a little wine for his stomach and his frequent infirmities, so we are taught to make provision for the flesh for health, not for excess or indulgence, but to sustain the body God has given us. To seek help for your daily needs, including a medical pension that would provide for necessities, is a proper and sober request. We do not seek provision to kindle desire or to live softly, but to have our bodies sustained so that we may live with diligence and give our greater care to spiritual things.
We pray for you now. Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, through whom alone we have salvation and access to Your throne, have mercy on this dear one who suffers daily pain from injuries long ago. You know the extent of the brokenness and the weariness that comes from constant discomfort. We ask that You would grant relief according to Your wisdom, give strength for each step, and guide the hands of doctors and all who give care. Provide for daily needs, and if it is Your will, open the way for this medical pension to be granted, so that there may be provision for health and for what is necessary. Above all, grant peace, patience in suffering, and hope that does not fade, remembering that this present life is brief, and that You are preparing for those who trust in Christ a rest where pain and infirmity will be no more.
