We are truly sorry to hear about the financial and medical struggles you're facing. We trust that God is able to provide for your needs according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
In the Bible, we are reminded that God cares for us and knows our needs. In Matthew 6:32-33 WEB it says, "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things."
We stand with you and agree that God will give you wisdom and direction to find the right assistance for your medical insurance. Here is our prayer for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today, asking for your divine intervention in this situation. Our brother/sister is in need of medical assistance and is struggling to keep up with the high bills. We ask, Lord, that you would provide a way where there seems to be no way. Guide them to the right resources and assistance programs that can help them with their medical bills and the surgery they need.
We also pray for their health, that you would touch their body and bring healing and restoration. We trust in your word that says, "Is any sick among you? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." James 5:14-15 WEB.
We declare in Jesus' name that you are a good God who provides for your children. We ask that you would give them peace and take away any anxiety or fear they may have. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Also, be encouraged by the words of the Apostle Paul in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Trust in God and keep your hope in him. He will never leave you nor forsake you.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
