We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer these past few days.
We have been lifting you up before the Lord regarding the deep pain you shared about feeling pressured to harm yourself and about the conflict with your daughters and with those in the church and the gang involved. We know you are hurting greatly and we have been praying for your protection, your peace, and for healing in these relationships.
We want you to know that your life is precious to God and that He loves you deeply and has a purpose for you. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted as we read in Psalm 34:18 and He desires that you find hope and life in Him as we see in Jer 29:11. We have also been praying about the anger and desire for justice you expressed toward others. We understand the desire for wrongs to be made right, but Scripture teaches us that vengeance belongs to the Lord as written in Rom 12:19 and that we are called to love and pray even for those who have hurt us as written in Matt 5:44. So we have been praying not for harm to come to anyone, but that God would bring His justice and mercy, that He would convict hearts where there is wrongdoing, protect you and your daughters, disarm any plans for evil, and bring repentance and reconciliation where possible. We have prayed for restoration and peace between you and your daughters and for the Lord to surround you all with safety and godly support.
We pray in Jesus Name that the Lord would lift this heavy burden from you, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus, heal the hurt in your family, bring peace where there has been fighting, and lead you away from those who would lead you into harm and toward people who will speak life and truth over you.
