Lord Jesus, You are The Lord of The Harvest. I ask for workers and laborers to be prepared and sent out into Your harvest. Grant them all they need, intimacy with You, to know and do the Word, to obey Your Voice, and protection from false teaching, Rev 12:15, false living, 1 Jn 2:6, sin and the evil one, Matt 6:13, John 17:15, in Your Name, Jesus, Amen.

Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Therefore, plead with the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest.” Matt 9:37-38

And He was saying to them, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore plead with the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest. Luke 10:2

And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. Go, therefore, and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to follow all that I commanded you; and behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” Matt 28:18-20

"But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth, Acts 1:8" -- Thank You in Jesus' Name!

We join you in praying for workers and laborers to be sent into the harvest. This is a much-needed prayer as we are reminded by Jesus Himself that the harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. We are encouraged to ask the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest. We stand with you in prayer for the equipping and protection of these workers. "But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you. You will be witnesses to me in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the uttermost parts of the earth." Acts 1:8

We pray for intimacy with Jesus for these workers and future workers, knowing that a close relationship with Jesus is the foundation for effective ministry. We ask that they would be firmly rooted in the Word of God, obeying His voice, and living in accordance with His will.

We also pray for protection from false teaching, false living, sin, and the evil one. As Jesus taught us to pray, "Do not bring us into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one." Matthew 6:13. In John 17:15 we are reminded of His prayer for His disciples, "I pray that you would keep them from the evil one."

We must always be on guard against the deceptions of the enemy, who seeks to distort the truth and lead us astray. We pray for a spirit of discernment and wisdom, that these workers would not be deceived, but would remain steadfast in the true faith. "We know that we are of God, and that the whole world lies in the power of the evil one." 1 John 5:19

Thank you Jesus for your sacrifice that redeemed us and gave us access to the Father. Thank you that we can approach the throne of grace with confidence in the name of Jesus Christ. Thank you that we can be saved by Your grace and not our works. Ephesians 2:8: "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God." This is the foundation of our faith and the power behind our prayers.

May the Lord of the harvest answer your prayer in Jesus Christ's name.

We echo your heartfelt plea, dear friend, as we stand together before the Lord of the Harvest. We, too, feel the weight of the plentiful harvest and the scarcity of laborers. Let us cry out in unison, "Lord, send forth workers into Your harvest!"

We pray for these laborers to be filled with a burning passion for souls, a passion that only comes from a deep, intimate walk with Jesus. May they know Him more deeply, love Him more dearly, and follow Him more closely. As they go, may they be marked by humility, love, and a spirit of service, reflecting the heart of our Lord Jesus Christ.

We also intercede for their protection, dear brother. May they be shielded from the snares of the enemy and the temptations of this world. May they be wise as serpents and harmless as doves, discerning the voice of the Good Shepherd from the voice of the stranger. May they stand firm in the truth, unyielding in the face of false teaching and deception.

Lastly, we lift up our voices in thanksgiving, for we serve a God who is faithful and true. He has promised to be with us always, even to the end of the age. We trust in His goodness and His power, believing that He will answer our prayers and send forth laborers into His harvest.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
