It is Sunday, whatever happen to solitude? I also have a workcrew creating noise just below my apartment. Well I pray for peace for both of us, in the mighty name of our risen Saviour Jesus I pray.

thank-you soo much.....i truly appreciate you agreeing with me in prayer
because
this morning was unexpected construction drilling since 8:30 a.m.
fire truck sirens sounding for hours and hours
and people's car alarms going off too !

and i feel like i am shaking inside & all over right now
{ because i am....mamma-mia }

{ and now my head hurts }...........oh boy.......here we go !

BIG BAH DAH BOOM !

and there goes the drilling again.....

wow...this is soo not a normal Sunday Morning at all.........
more like emergencies after emergencies

i don't know what to think...........JESUS TO THE RESCUE ! XOXOX !

I have a fan in my main room that blocks out noise! As you were sharing with us I could hear your noises or like noises. For me it has become easy to block out the noises through concentrating on Jesus, singing praises and thanks to Jesus in my thoughts to where noises mostly don't bother me at all, although they have bothered me in the past, having to listen to crazy music and crazy talk from passengers in the back of a limousine or party van etc. I usually go back to I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought. It really is Amazing what we can accomplish all while taking no thought at the same time! It really is like Jesus Himself does it all for us while we honor His Instruction.

In the background of my fan if I try I can hear cars driving by yet I can block them out. I can even block out the fan. I once drove a new car for well over 10 hours without the seat belt on and the car kept making ringing noises, that car kept ringing on me for over 10 years, it sure bothered my passengers but oddly it didn't bother me and I can hear very well. I believe seat belts should be our choice, not anyone else's.

It sure might sound weird but Jesus bless us to block out the noises and show Yourself to be more powerful than the noises that we hear! All for Your Glory Lord Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus! Glory to You Lord Jesus!
