May God Reign through Rulers by His Word, Gen 1:26-27, Deut 17:18, Good Counsel, Prov 24:6, and Prayers for Peace, Salvation, 1 Tim 2:1-4, Protection from Falsehood, Imposters, "Moles" 2 Tim 3:13, Leaks, Evil Plans -- Rather Intercept Evil Plans as Elisha, 2 Kings 6:12, Protection from False Believers, 2 Tim 3:5, Tit 1:16, 2 Cor 11:26...

Father we thank You for ordaining government through Adam, and Pray for Our Presidents, V.P.s, Secretaries of State and Defense, DOJ, Congress (House and Senate, Parliaments, Legislators) Federal Judges and Supreme Court Justices that need our prayers and support. We ask that they rule as submitted to God and rule well in accord with Scripture, as "Rulers are to write for themselves a copy of the Law of GOD upon inauguration," Deut 17:18. Furthermore, we ask for wisdom, guidance, godliness and unity for our nation's defense: The Pentagon, Joint Chiefs of Staff, Generals, Military Commanders and other Bureaus, Intelligence, and those of all peoples who need Christ, Your wisdom and Your sovereignty (which we participate with GOD in governing, Gen 1:26, Ps 115:16, through cooperating with His intentions and ways, Ps 86:11, through Your Word, Deut 17:18, Josh 8:32, 2 Tim 3:15-16, God-given Counsel, Prov 11:14, Prov 24:6, and Prayer, Gen 1:26, Ps 115:16, 1 Tim 2:1-4).

Father, we seek first Your Kingdom and Righteousness, Matt 6:33, we cry out for wisdom and protection continually Ps 72:15, Luke 18:1, Eph 1:16, for these human individuals in positions of world influence, Rom 13:4, asking Your mercy, guidance and counsel from Your Word, and protection. Keep them from the evil one, 2 Kings 6:12, Jn 17:15, imposters and evil people, 2 Tim 3:13, let them turn away from such false people, 2 Tim 3:5, and let the evil ones be replaced, Ps 75:6-7, Ps 109:8, Acts 1:20.

We concede that there are no perfect rulers and actually see the wisdom in asking, "Your Kingdom Come, Your Will Be Done on Earth as it is in Heaven, Matt 6:10. Come Lord Jesus.

In the interim, let these leaders know what to do, James 1:5, what to set as priorities and help them FULLY carry out Your purposes in their generation, as King David served Your purposes, Acts 13:36. Keep them from sin, 1 Cor 8:1, lead them NOT into temptation, Luke 11:4, yes we ask, lead them not into temptation, deliver them from all evil, Matt 6:13, even the evil one, Rev 12:9, Jn 17:15. It is written, You will keep them from the evil one, 2 Thes 3:3. You will give Your angels charge over them, Ps 91:11-13. Thank You in advance, Matt 11:23-24, as we trust in You with all our hearts and pray, not lean on our own understanding, Prov 3:5-6, in Jesus Name, since there is "no other Name given among men by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12, John 14:6, 1 Tim 2:5, again with thanksgiving we offer these requests, let now the peace of God guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, Phil 4:6-7, The Amen, Faithful Witness and Originator of God's New Creation, Rev 3:14, even the Name of Jesus Christ, from whose Full Inheritance we each receive blessing after blessing, John 1:16, Eph 1:3, Eph 1:17-20, and in Him all God's Promises are Yes and Amen, 2 Cor 1:20.

We join with you in this faithful and timely prayer for those in authority and we thank God for your heart to intercede according to His Word.

We agree that God ordained government for good and that He calls us to participate with Him in His sovereign rule. As it is written, God said Let us make man in our image, after our likeness. Let them have dominion Gen 1:26, and The heavens are Yahweh's heavens, but the earth has he given to the children of men Ps 115:16. We are to seek His ways and walk in His truth as we pray Teach me your way, Yahweh. I will walk in your truth Ps 86:11.

We wholeheartedly affirm your prayer that rulers would reign through His Word. Scripture commands that when a king sits on his throne he shall write for himself a copy of this law in a book Deut 17:18, that he may learn to fear Yahweh and keep His statutes. This is the foundation for wise and righteous governing. We also affirm that victory and safety come through godly counsel, for With good counsel you shall make your war, and in multitude of counselors there is victory Prov 24:6, and Where there is no counsel, plans fail, but in a multitude of counselors they are established Prov 11:14.

We are commanded to pray in this way, I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks, be made for all men, for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth 1 Tim 2:1-4. We also remember that the governing authority is a servant of God to you for good Rom 13:4, and that The king's heart is in Yahweh's hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires Prov 21:1.

So we lift these leaders before the throne together.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before You with thanksgiving, for there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Tim 2:5, and In no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. We thank You for ordaining government and we ask for Your mercy and grace upon our presidents, vice presidents, secretaries of state and defense, the Department of Justice, all members of Congress and parliaments and legislators, federal judges and Supreme Court justices, the Pentagon, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, generals, military commanders, intelligence bureaus and all who serve in defense of the nation. Grant them wisdom as You have promised, But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him James 1:5. Cause them to seek first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness Matt 6:33 and to walk not by their own understanding but to Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight Prov 3:5-6.

We ask that You give them good counsel from Your Word, for All Scripture is God-breathed and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness 2 Tim 3:16, and that You surround them with wise counselors who fear You. We pray for their salvation and for peace, that they may come to the knowledge of the truth and govern in righteousness.

We ask for Your protection over them and over our nation from falsehood, imposters, moles, leaks and every evil plan. Your Word warns that Evil men and impostors will wax worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived 2 Tim 3:13 and we are told to Turn away from these 2 Tim 3:5. We pray as Elisha prayed that You would intercept the plans of the enemy, for You revealed the words of the king of Syria even when spoken in his bedroom 2 Kings 6:12, and we ask that every hidden counsel of darkness be exposed and brought to nothing. Keep them from the evil one as Jesus prayed, I pray not that you would take them from the world, but that you would keep them from the evil one John 17:15, for You are faithful, who will establish and guard from the evil one 2 Thess 3:3. We ask that You give Your angels charge over them to keep them in all their ways Ps 91:11 and that You deliver them from temptation and from all evil Matt 6:13. Where there are those who profess godliness but deny its power Titus 1:16 or who prove to be false brothers 2 Cor 11:26, we ask that You remove them and raise up faithful men, for Promotion does not come from the east, nor from the west, nor yet from the south, but God is the judge. He puts down one, and lifts up another Ps 75:6-7.

We concede with you that there is no perfect ruler but Christ, and so we pray with longing, Your Kingdom come. Your will be done, as in heaven, so on earth Matt 6:10. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. In the interim help these leaders to fully carry out Your purposes in their generation, as David served the counsel of God in his own generation Acts 13:36.

We thank You in advance for hearing us, and we rest in Your peace which surpasses all understanding guarding our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus Phil 4:6-7, praying all these things in the mighty and only saving name of Jesus Christ, in whom all the promises of God are Yes and Amen 2 Cor 1:20.

Thank you for pouring out this thoughtful prayer for our nation and its leaders. We can hear how much you want God's ways to shape those who govern, and how seriously you take the call to pray for them.

We join you in lifting presidents, vice presidents, legislators, judges, and those who serve in our defense and intelligence communities. It is a heavy responsibility they carry, and your intercession for wisdom, integrity, protection from deception, and a willingness to seek good counsel matters more than you may see day to day.

One thing that has helped others who carry a similar burden is to keep the prayer rhythm sustainable. You might choose a simple pattern through the week, perhaps focusing on one area each day as you see it in the news, and if possible sharing that burden with one other person who will pray alongside you. Steady, faithful prayer over time often bears quiet fruit.

Father, we bring these leaders before You now. Give them wisdom to know what is right and courage to do it, guard them from evil and from false counsel, and surround them with trustworthy advisers. Draw each one closer to Yourself and let Your purposes be accomplished in our generation. We trust this to You in Jesus' name, amen.

We have read your supplication with thankfulness and we join our hearts with yours before the throne of grace, for you have set before us a right and scriptural burden. To pray for kings and for all that are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty, is according to the will of God our Saviour, who will have all men to be saved and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.

Intercessory prayer is the sweetest prayer God ever hears, for it is the very character of the prayer of Christ himself, who ever liveth to make intercession for us. In all the incense which our Great High Priest puts into the censer there is not a single grain for himself, and when we plead for others we are most like him. Such prayer also is exceedingly prevalent. It has stayed plagues and turned away judgments, and when you can plead a promise and drop that prayer into the ground with hope, your weakness shall not make it miscarry, it shall still prevail with God and bring down blessings from on high.

Your prayer is highly argumentative in the best sense, as true prayer should be, for true prayer is just pleading with the Most High, spreading our case before him and pressing our suit with all the arguments we can muster. You have done well to plead the Word itself, saying with David, Remember the Word unto thy servant. This is not as though God could forget, but it is to remind our heavenly Father of his promises, which is what he intends prayer to be. And you do well to persevere, for though the answer may tarry, we may say with David, Yet shall my prayer be also in their calamities.

We therefore make our prayer together with you, that the Lord would reign through rulers by his Word. We ask that those who bear rule, Presidents and Vice Presidents, Secretaries of State and of Defense, members of Congress and of every legislature, judges of the high courts and all who are set in places of influence, together with the counsels of our nation for defense, the officers and commanders and all who gather intelligence, may be kept mindful that they are ordained of God and must give account to him. May they write the copy of the law upon their hearts, as it was commanded of old, and be men who discharge the duties of their calling as in the sight of God. Grant them good counsel, for in multitude of counsellors there is safety, and let them seek wisdom from above, which he giveth liberally to them that ask.

We pray that the Lord will keep them from the evil one and deliver them from temptation, that he will give his angels charge over them, and that he will intercept evil plans as he did for Elisha, and expose falsehood, imposture and every leak and secret device of darkness. Where there are false brethren and evil men who wax worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived, we pray that such may be turned away from and, in the Lord's holy providence, removed and replaced according to his sovereign power, by which he putteth down one and setteth up another. Keep these rulers from sin and from the counsel of the ungodly, and lead them in thy truth.

We confess with you that there are no perfect rulers among the sons of men, and therefore we cry with greater earnestness, Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Come, Lord Jesus. In the interim, may those who govern know what they ought to do and be helped fully to carry out thy purposes in their generation, as David served thy purposes. We ask this not leaning on our own understanding, but trusting in thee with all our hearts.

May the Lord quicken us all in his way, and help us to bind his Word about our hearts, not restraining prayer before God but saturating our lives with godliness through prayer and thanksgiving. Prayer is the tell tale of spiritual life, and slackened prayer is decrease of grace, but prayer stronger is the whole man stronger. Let us then continue instant in prayer, pleading the one Name given among men whereby we must be saved, the Name of Jesus Christ, in whom all the promises of God are yea and amen. May the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, keep our hearts and minds through Christ Jesus until he come. Amen.

Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
