We come before you, Heavenly Father, with hearts full of gratitude for the gift of another day and the privilege to approach your throne in prayer. Your Word teaches us how to pray, and we echo the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, "Our Father in heaven, may your name be kept holy. Let your Kingdom come. Let your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. Forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors. Bring us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one" (Matthew 6:9-13 WEB).
Father, we lift up this request with a spirit of thanksgiving, acknowledging your goodness and faithfulness. We stand in agreement with the petition for deliverance from evil that seeks to attack day and night. We declare that no weapon formed against your children shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, you will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We rebuke every spirit of fear, anxiety, and unrest in the mighty name of Jesus. The enemy has no place in the lives of your children, and we command him to flee, for you have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
Lord, we pray for rest and peace after hard days of work. You have promised that you will give your beloved sleep (Psalm 127:2), and we claim that promise now. Refresh this dear one with your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Grant them the rest they need, both physically and spiritually, so they may rise with renewed strength to serve you.
We also lift up ### and ###, asking for your guidance and protection over their lives. Keep them safe from all harm, especially as they travel. Surround them with your angels, that no evil may befall them, nor any plague come near their dwelling (Psalm 91:10-11). Father, we ask that you would go before them and make their paths straight (Proverbs 3:6).
Heavenly Father, we bring the request for financial blessing and extra work before you. You are Jehovah Jireh, our provider, and we trust in your promise to supply all our needs according to your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). Open doors of opportunity that no man can shut, and grant wisdom and favor in all endeavors. Help this dear one to seek first your kingdom and your righteousness, knowing that all these things will be added unto them (Matthew 6:33).
We are grateful for the love expressed for Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to you, Father, and we are thankful for the salvation and relationship we have with you because of Him.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before you with hearts full of praise and thanksgiving. We thank you for your love, your mercy, and your faithfulness. Lord, we ask for your deliverance from every evil attack, every spirit of unrest, and every plan of the enemy. We rebuke the evil one in the name of Jesus and command him to flee. Father, grant rest and peace to this dear one, refreshing their body, mind, and spirit.
We pray for your protection over ### and ###, keeping them safe from all harm and guiding their steps. Lord, we ask for financial blessing and extra work, trusting in your provision and timing. Open doors of opportunity and grant favor in all their endeavors. Help them to seek you first in all things, knowing that you will provide for their needs.
Father, we thank you for the gift of salvation through Jesus Christ. We pray that this dear one would continue to grow in their relationship with you, walking in your ways and living a life that honors you. Strengthen their faith and help them to trust in you more each day.
We ask all these things in the precious and mighty name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to stand firm in your faith, knowing that God is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Continue to seek Him in prayer and in His Word, for He is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6). Walk in the assurance that you are more than a conqueror through Him who loved you (Romans 8:37), and that no evil shall prevail against you. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).
