Masturbation is not explicitly mentioned in the Bible, but it does speak about lust and sexual immorality. Jesus said, "But I tell you, that everyone who looks at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart." (Matthew 5:28 WEB) Masturbation often involves lust, and it's important to keep our minds pure. "For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality," (1 Thessalonians 4:3 WEB)
God wants us to have self-control. "For God has not given us a spirit of timidity, but of power, love, and self-control." (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB) It's only through His strength that we can overcome. Seek Him, pray without ceasing and He will empower you.
