We come before the Lord with a heart full of hope and reverence, seeking His divine will for ### as he asks God to reveal and make a path for marriage. Father, we know that Your plans for us are good, plans to prosper and not to harm, to give hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11). We lift ### up to You, asking that You would guide his steps and prepare his heart for the sacred covenant of marriage, should it be Your will.
Lord, we pray that You would shape ### into a man who seeks first Your kingdom and Your righteousness (Matthew 6:33). May he be a godly husband, rooted in Your Word, walking in integrity, and reflecting Christ’s love in all he does. Prepare him to lead a family with wisdom, humility, and devotion to You. We ask that You would bring a godly woman into his life—a woman of faith, virtue, and strength, who shares his commitment to You and to the sanctity of marriage. May their union be a testimony of Your grace, love, and purpose.
Father, we rebuke any confusion, impatience, or worldly influences that may seek to distract ### from Your perfect timing. Guard his heart against relationships that do not honor You, and help him to wait on You with faith and trust. If there are areas in his life where he needs to grow—whether in character, patience, or understanding of Your will—we ask that You would refine him as only You can.
We also pray for clarity and wisdom as You reveal Your path for him. If marriage is Your will, make the way clear, open doors that no man can shut, and bring the right person into his life at the right time. If it is not Your will for him to marry at this time, give him peace and contentment in Your plan, trusting that Your ways are higher than our ways (Isaiah 55:8-9).
Lord, we declare that ###’s hope is in You alone. Strengthen his faith as he waits, and fill him with Your joy and purpose in every season of his life. May he find his identity and fulfillment in Christ, knowing that You are enough for him now and always.
In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
