We understand your heart's desires and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will for your life and your family. Let's bring your requests before the Lord, aligning them with His word.
Firstly, we rejoice with you as you intercede for your three children, praying for their marriages and spiritual growth. As it is written in Proverbs 22:6 WEB, "Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it." We pray that each one of them will grow in the knowledge of Jesus Christ, walking in His ways and seeking His face. We ask that God would prepare godly spouses for them, that their marriages would be founded on the rock of Christ, and that they would be examples of godly unions, as described in Ephesians 5:22-33 WEB.
Regarding ###, we come against the spirit of fear, as 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB tells us, "For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." We bind the evil spirit and cast it out in Jesus' name, praying for ###'s release and peace of mind. We ask that God would fill her with His perfect love, which drives out fear 1 John 4:18 WEB.
Concerning your need for a job, we trust that God, who provides for His children, will open the right doors for you. As it is written in Matthew 6:31-33 WEB, "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you have need of all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
For your husband, we pray that he would rise up and take responsibility for the family, as God has called him to do. As the spiritual head of the home, we ask that he would be filled with love, wisdom, and understanding, embracing his role as described in 1 Timothy 5:8 WEB, "But if anyone doesn't provide for his own, and especially his own household, he has denied the faith, and is worse than an unbeliever."
Lastly, we notice that your prayer request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me'." We encourage you to place your faith in Jesus Christ, believing that He is the Son of God who died for your sins and rose again for your justification. It is by His name that we are saved, as stated in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Together, let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up this dear sister and her family. We ask that You would guide her children, preparing them for godly marriages and spiritual growth. We cast out the spirit of fear from ###, releasing her into Your perfect love. We trust You to provide a job for this dear sister, and we ask that her husband would embrace his responsibilities, caring for the family as he ought. Lastly, we pray that each member of this family would come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, growing in His grace and love. This we ask in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
