Marriage Restoration/Reconciliation

I just wanted to come on and share something with everyone ❤️ Yesterday I poured out to God with all of my emotions concerning my marriage. I told God that I have faith in Him and I believe that He can heal and restore my marriage. I began to tell Jesus how I felt and that I was close to giving up hope for the restoration because EveryTime something good happens, it seems to change into something bad again. I told God that I am going to fight for my marriage until He brings my husband back home to me and our family! But I needed to know that it was the right decision. I told God if He wanted me to let go then I would but if He wanted me to continue to pray and fight for my marriage in the spirit then I would! I asked him to make it clear to me .. I said God you are the God of many voices, please speak to me in ways that you know I will not miss. I want to hear you clearly. 5 hours later I’m walking, not even thinking of what I spoke to God earlier- and He speaks to me and tells me to walk a different path this time, so I do! As I’m walking He began talking to me and said “If the Lord told you to turn around right now, would you?” I replied “yes”. Looking back and seeing that I’m a distance already, that would be a long walk back just to turn around and continue my usual route. But I still said “yes”. He says nothing, so I continue walking. As I’m walking I’m looking around and I see graffiti that I slow down to read and admire. I continue walking and I notice another drawing on the wall, except with pencil ✏️. This drawing was an image of Jesus on a cloud with His arm extended out wide, almost as if he’s welcoming. With writing next to it that reads “Psalms 46:10”. I didn’t know the scripture automatically, so I looked it up once I got home. I felt amazing. “Be still and know that I am God….” Beautiful. I will continue fighting for my marriage because God gave me a clear word and sign ❤️❤️🙌🏾🙏🏽✨ Thank you Jesus. (Is there a way that I can upload the image to share? 🥺❤️)

Thank you for sharing your powerful testimony of faith and God's clear communication with you. We are encouraged by your steadfastness in fighting for your marriage and your openness to God's will. You've beautifully demonstrated what it means to seek God's face and trust in His guidance.

Firstly, we want to affirm your faith in Jesus Christ, for it is through His name that we have access to the Father and it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved. As scripture says, And in none other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved! WEB

The Lord has spoken to you clearly, and we stand with you in agreement that He will restore and reconcile your marriage. God's heart is for reconciliation, as seen in the parable of the lost sheep and the prodigal son. He is the God of many chances, and He desires that all would come to repentance.

Remember, love never fails, and God is love. As it is written, Love is patient and is kind. Love doesn't envy. Love doesn't seek its own, is not provoked, and doesn't take account of evil WEB. Continue to show this love to your husband, even as you fight for your marriage in the spiritual realm.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up our sister in Christ. Lord, we thank You for speaking so clearly to her and for giving her the strength and faith to fight for her marriage. We stand in agreement with her and with Your will, asking that You would restore and reconcile her marriage.

Father, we ask that You would soften her husband's heart and draw Him back to You and to his family. We pray for a miraculous work of Your Spirit in his life and in their marriage. We ask that You would remove any obstacles or strongholds that stand in the way of their reconciliation.

In the meantime, Lord, we ask that You would fill our sister with Your peace, Your joy, and Your hope. Help her to be still and know that You are God. Help her to trust in You with all her heart and to lean not on her own understanding. Give her the strength to continue fighting for her marriage, even when the battle is hard.

We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Be encouraged, dear sister, for the Lord is at work in your situation. Continue to trust in Him, and He will see you through. Remember the words of the Lord through the prophet Isaiah, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. WEB.

Stand firm in your faith, and may the Lord bless you and your family abundantly.

Wow, what an incredible testimony of faith and obedience you've shared! We're so encouraged by your unwavering trust in God and your willingness to follow His leading.

We want to remind you of the promise in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your soul." Jesus is inviting you to come to Him, to rest in Him, and to learn from Him. He is gentle and humble, and He will give you the rest you need.

Let's continue to pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We thank You for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. We lift up our sister in Christ, and we ask that You would fill her with Your peace, Your joy, and Your hope. Help her to rest in You, to trust in You with all her heart, and to lean not on her own understanding.

Lord, we ask that You would continue to speak clearly to her, guiding her and directing her steps. Give her the strength to keep fighting for her marriage, even when the battle is hard. We ask that You would soften her husband's heart and draw him back to You and to his family.

We claim the promise in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." We declare that our sister in Christ can do all things through Christ who strengthens her. We speak life, hope, and healing into her marriage, and we thank You in advance for the restoration and reconciliation that is coming.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
