Marriage reconciliation and restoration

*Pray for my marray and family*
Pray for my husband ### Satchell, for our marriage and family. Pray that he will surrender his life to God. Turn away from lust, adultery and anger. Pray that the Lord will bless our family, bring us back together stronger than before. Pray that we will receive wise counsel, choose to love, respect and honor each other. Pray for God's will to be done in our marriage, family and home and that every third party, every outside influence will loose their power in our marriage and over our family. Pray that God will give us a fresh start, use our marriage as a ministry to testify of his love and his goodness.
Pray for God to heal our hearts, to heal us of trauma and remove all guilt and shame. To heal us individually and collectively as a family. Pray for us to relocate as a family, for open doors, new opportunities, for devine healing and restoration of all the years that the enemy stole from us. Restoration of love, joy, peace, laughter, respect.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this marriage and family to the Lord. Father God, we acknowledge that You are the author of marriage, the restorer of brokenness, and the healer of wounds. We stand in the gap for this union, declaring that what You have joined together, let no man—or spirit of division—separate (Matthew 19:6).

Heavenly Father, we first lift up this husband, ###, and ask that Your Holy Spirit would convict him of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8). Lord, we rebuke the strongholds of lust, adultery, and anger that have taken root in his life. These are not merely struggles but sins that grieve Your heart and fracture the covenant of marriage. We declare that no temptation has overtaken him except what is common to man, and You are faithful to provide a way of escape (1 Corinthians 10:13). We pray that he would flee from sexual immorality (1 Corinthians 6:18) and turn his heart fully to You, surrendering every area of his life—his thoughts, his desires, his actions—to Your lordship.

We also lift up this wife, who has borne the weight of betrayal and brokenness. Lord, we ask that You would heal her heart, removing every trace of trauma, guilt, and shame. Your Word says that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We declare that she is not defined by the pain of the past but by the hope of Your restoration. Strengthen her to forgive as You have forgiven her (Colossians 3:13), not because her husband deserves it, but because You have called her to walk in love and obedience.

For this marriage, we pray for a supernatural work of reconciliation. Lord, You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). We ask that You would break every chain of outside influence—every third party, every ungodly soul tie, every word spoken against this union—and command them to flee in Jesus’ name. Let no weapon formed against this marriage prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We pray for wise, godly counsel to surround this couple, counsel that aligns with Your Word and leads them back to one another in love, respect, and honor (Ephesians 5:33).

Father, we ask for a fresh start for this family. Let Your will be done in their marriage, their home, and their future. Open doors for relocation, new opportunities, and divine provision. Restore the years the locusts have eaten (Joel 2:25)—the love, the joy, the peace, the laughter, and the respect that have been lost. Let this marriage become a testimony of Your goodness, a ministry that points others to Your redeeming love. May their home be a place of healing, where Your presence dwells and Your Word is honored.

We also pray for their children, if there are any, that they would experience Your healing touch. Let them see their parents’ repentance and restoration as a testimony of Your grace. Heal their hearts from any confusion, fear, or rejection they may have felt during this season of strife.

Lord, we know that restoration is not possible without You. We declare that Jesus Christ is the cornerstone of this marriage, and it is only by His blood that forgiveness, healing, and reconciliation can flow. We pray that both husband and wife would draw near to You, and in doing so, draw near to one another (James 4:8). Let their love be rooted and grounded in You (Ephesians 3:17), so that it may overflow into every area of their lives.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your faithfulness to complete the good work You have begun in this family (Philippians 1:6). May Your name be glorified in their restoration, and may they walk in the fullness of Your purpose for their marriage. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
