Marriage Reconciliation

My husband and have been married for 10 years and we are having problems connecting emotionally, spiritually & physically. Lately, all we do is argue and fight. A lot has been buried and not discussed over the years and he is having an emotional affair with another person.

He is addicted to pornography and it has brought about many arguments. I do agree, I am partly to blame for his actions but I have asked him several times we both seek counseling to help me meet his needs because I am doing what I know how to as a wife in our marriage.

I love my husband very much. I have been praying to God to change me, to humble my heart, give me good timing to beat some of his burdens and most importantly, to really hear what he is saying and to be slow to speak.

I do not know how else to connect with him, to communicate love and appreciation to each other.

I have purchased and is reading the love dare, his needs her needs, the power of fasting & prayers to change your marriage.

I am asking for prayers to turn this situation around please!!

We barely speak to each other in the house, he sleeps in the other room and this is breaking my heart.

He helped me through a transplant and throughout my ordeal with my health.

I do appreciate him and I know I am a very strong woman. I want to show him we can go through this storm in the name of Jesus. We can take instant authority against against any attack the enemy sets before us.

Please help me lead him back to the lord, please pray for our marriage, for peace, unity, godliness, faith, love, patience and gentleness. Please give both the heart to forgive freely.

I have expressed my feelings to him and apologized for the harsh words. He apologized too but later rescinded the apology and the cycle of conflict and standoff has been going on for over 7 months now.

Please, please help me. What scriptures can I use to save my marriage?

Daily do these things:

Declare the blood of Jesus over your life and your husband. Walk through your house and declare the blood of Jesus over it. Invite the Holy Spirit to dwell in your house & flood every inch of it with His peace. Bind and rebuke the enemy and command him to stop bothering you in Jesus' Name. Apply the blood of Jesus against the enemy. Speak God's promises constantly.

The sword of the spirit is the WORD OF GOD. If you're saying the words of God's Bible out loud the enemy cannot remain in your presence. You're in spiritual battle for your family. Put your armor on and get to work.

Pray for your marriage. Pray for your mate. No one is perfect…But God will perfect what concerns you and your mate in your marriage. You got to pray and trust God. You have got to line up to God’s Word. Learn to be Patient; walk in Love and Forgiveness. And always remember what drew you to each other. Ask God to show you both how to keep that Love strong and healthy in Christ Jesus.





Let’s Pray…God I thank You that I can come to you about anything. I come lifting up my marriage

to You. I place my marriage in Your hands. Knit us and our marriage together, rooted and grounded in Your Love Lord Jesus, so that nothing can destroy it. Bess and heal my marriage. Fix what is wrong in this marriage and make it right. Bless each of us to be totally committed to You and Your plan for our lives. Teach us how to pray and intercede for each other, our children, and love ones. Let love, joy, peace, and faithfulness to You God and each other reign within the walls of our hearts and home. Give both of us patience and a great respect for each other. Help us; teach us how to be gentle, compassionate, courteous, and tenderhearted toward each other. Help us to remember what drew us to each other. Show us Lord Jesus how to keep Love strong and healthy in our marriage. Bless my marriage Lord Jesus. And please do the same for every married couple in my family, all my friends that are married, and the writer of this prayer. Bless our marriages.

Dear Father praying for all to understand unrest and problems here on earth. Bring this marriage to the first part of their marriage that attracted them together in the first place.
