Marriage, Job and breakthrough from struggle

Maheswari_S

Servant of All
All praise be to our God. Let us pray for the above requests to our God via Jesus! Amen!

Please pray for the following continuously

(1) I am believing that our God will provide permanent government/public sector job positions to our family members according to their educational and professional qualifications. Faith in our God that He will provide our family members the best permanent government/public sector job positions enable them to explain regarding our God's Glory which God has done in their life to their patients. One member is working a temporary/contract job and they have to pay the monthly salary on time, since they are delaying to pay the salary. Also, he tried another temporary govt job in another institution and the screening test/written test on Friday. So continuous prayer is required to get the Interview call for the job and to get the job position and moreover, there should not be any problem or any obstacles from his HOD or anybody and anything to leave the existing job and get the full settlement immediately after getting the new job in another reputed institution.

Another family member to get a temporary govt. job urgently and she will wait for a Permanent Govt. Job. Both are waiting for permanent govt. job positions till God's Time & Will.

(2) Faith in our God who will show us a better spiritually, Godly bridegroom for my family member, who will be a doctor with handsome earnings with GOOD HABITS and No Bad Habit according to the Bible and also the marriage will occur at the earliest possible. Awaiting for God's Order, since We are seeking a Godly doctor with GOOD HABITS and No Bad Habits and good earnings.

One marriage proposal is under process. Waiting for God's answer to proceed further. If it is God's Will, then this should be succeed, otherwise, God have to stop the same. Waiting for God's answer in this regard. For this purpose, today morning started from home and I fell down in my two wheeler and I admitted as patient in the hospital and little critical situation I am facing now and I have to wait for another 1 - 2 weeks to cure and overcome from this bad situation. Hence, pray for me to overcome from this situation urgently enable to do my routine and other home works.

(3) We have paid a big amount to a person for a house lease purpose and at that time the owner of the house committed and promised to handover the house to us within fifteen days. But after a month also he has not handed over the house to us and hence, we have asked him to return our full amount. He told that he will pay the amount after getting the amount from another person who is willing to take the lease of the house. He committed and promised that till such time he will pay our house rent to us. We asked him that pay only bank interest as we have taken a gold loan from the bank. But he refused that he will not pay the interest to us. Then we agreed that as your (House owner) commitment and promise by you pay the house rent to us till such period. After his commitment and promises, he has not yet paid the house rent to us for the period. Now it is crossed more than a year (more than 17 months) passed. Till today, he has not paid the house rent. Bank interest is also increasing day by day. Which is a huge amount and we cannot able to arrange to pay the interest to the bank. Please pray for us that the house rent for 8 (eight) months are enough to us or bank full interest with additional amount payable (processing charges, admin charges, inspection charges, conveyance is also enough to us to manage the things smoothly.

Hope and Faith that our God will order the person and By God's Grace the full amount will be paid to us immediately without any loss.

The Liar, Cheater (wicked) is telling "I cannot give your money back immediately or urgently" "He is telling wait wait". Almost 15 Months (one year and three months) and have been passed. It is unjust. Is this justice? God have to punish him as under:

(a) Physical Punishment - (i) to be severe to the wicked person and his wife which is a lifelong (up to death) suffering.
(ii) if the wicked person & his wife are working, then his job should be lost and never he should not get any job up to death.
(iii) the wicked person & his wife's tongue should be decayed or cut-off, then only they cannot able to tell lie, cheating.
(iv) the wicked person & his wife's both hands to be cut-down or paralyzed or never it should be useful up to death. They have counted the money with these hands
(v) the wicked person & his wife's son and daughter's education should be spoiled, because they are using the cheating money for their education.

(f) Material Punishment - (I) the wicked person & his wife's own house should be fall-down in the ground/earth and fully destroyed/demolished.
(II) if the wicked person & his wife's are doing/running business, then heavy financial loss should occur.
(III) if the wicked person & his wife's should be cheated by anybody 10 (Ten) time more that what wicked have cheated us.

Then only he never ever cheat anybody. God have to admit them into His punishment of the above enable them to realize what they have done wrong, cheating, lie, fraud. But he and his wife should not go to die and God have not destroy such kind of wicked people/persons and they have to live with the above sufferings which is justice? After this suffering only they may repent and turn to God.

If physical punishment is not able to give to the wicked, liar, cheater, fraud and his wife, then material punishment may be given to them. In case this is not able to give to the wicked, liar, cheater, fraud, then earthly consequences like sleepless night, mental disturbance, Loss of Peace, financial loss, family problems, Anxiety, Physical strain, sickness, Blockage in Success, Blessing Blockage, Inner emptyness etc., to be given by God to the wicked, liar, cheater, fraud and his wife enable them to repay our house rent with bank interest and after repent and turn to God.

I asked our God that "Why the Honest should suffer? Why the wicked, Liar, fraud, cheater persons are not punished? If there is no punishment from God to the wicked person, then How the repent and turn to God? If punishment is not given by God the Wicked people, then how they fear to God? If no fear to God, then they will do more and more wicked things. God have to give a punishment to them that will Glory to our God.

In some place in the Bible mentioned like this "The Lord watches over all who love him, but all the wicked he will destroy"
Habakkuk 1:13 – “Why do you tolerate the treacherous? Why are you silent while the wicked swallow up those more righteous than themselves?”

I am waiting for the Justice from God. Nobody knows when the punishment or Justice will be happened. God have to give punishment immediately to this wicked person. so that he will not do many more. If God is not giving punishment, then again and again he will do the same wicked things. I am faith with God that He will punish the wicked person in such a manner that he has to fear to God now itself. Otherwise he will do the same thing to others and again and again. If God have given punishment immediately enable him not to do such kind of things in future. Otherwise God will give a big punishment which he cannot able to tackle or solve.

Due to this our family cannot able to sleep daily night. Also misunderstanding within our family. As per his activities, he never ever repent. Due to his behaviour, definitely he will not repent to God. Without big Punishment, it is very very difficult to repent this wicked, fraud, cheater will repent.

Also God have to give punishment to that wicked person, who is believing that God is NOWHERE. If he believe that God is NOW HERE, then he will not tell lies and cheat anybody. Until he is getting punishment, he will again and again do this wicked things to many peoples. As per his activities, he never repent. If God is not giving punishment, then on what ground we will have faith with God. Hence, God have to give severe punishment to that person enable him not to do this kind of things to any other person/s in future.

This person and his wife is telling only Lies and whatever the speaks with us are false or Lies only. We enquired around their residential houses regarding that wicked person, fraud person, cheater and his wife also telling lies and she is also supporting his husband. So both are definitely not repent. Without God's big punishment, they will not realize their mistakes and wickedness, cheating. Awaiting for the God's big punishment from only they will repent. Otherwise there is no use and Satan will involve. They never repent again turn to God. Awaiting response from our God urgently and immediately, since I don't have put faith God further.

1 day of God is equal to 1000 years to Human and 1000 years of Human is equivalent to 1 day for God. That means there is No Grace will be to human from God till their death! There is No Mercy from God. Till human death they have to suffer if anybody is Honest. Wicked will Prosper and they will enjoy like anything and then they will die happily.

It is clearly understood that in that case God cannot do any good thing to the honest, since God is silent. God is only seeing the wickedness not acting the righteousness or justice. God is some count slowness, which means inactive. God is powerless, which means no power with him and Satan have power. Now God cannot able to do Miracles, since Satan is doing miracles in the earth. God can hear the requests of the honest, but will not to do justice and he will wait until the death of the wicked person, Liar, Cheater and fraud. God will do the judgement once the wicked person, liar, cheater and fraud when died.

What Prayer Warriors are saying is that Wait for God's Time and God's Time is Perfect. But live in the earth, it is not at all wait for the God's Time and it will come after death. Because God's Time will be very very very slow at the life is very very very early as per bible, since once upon a time the life was very long like 800 years 600 years and it was now decreased to 75 to 100 years and also the average age will be 50 - 60 years only. Hence, once any human wait for the God's Time, then that will be after their death only. This is point number one. Secondly, wait for God's Will. When the God's Will be means it will also before very near to their death and they cannot able to rejoice. Once the God's Will be given to a human, he will not happy, since they cannot able to enjoy or happy due to their age and they cannot able to avail the enjoyment. Thirdly, God's Grace. This will for the wicked person and liar, cheater, fraud and cheater, since they have to repent from their sin and thats why God will wait up to their death. Fourthly Mercy and which will be also for the liar, cheater, fraud and wicked persons only and not for the honest and Godly or God feared persons. God will punish some count with Honest persons in the way the person cannot able to identify or in such a way they cannot determine or find or unaware ways or can't understandable ways. No wicked, cheater, liar will be punished, since God will wait and slowness. In that why the honest should be suffer and we can also be do the wicked things, and God will not punish and wait for us till we repent and by that time our die will occur and within that period we can enjoy, rejoice, happy and without restless, sleeplessness fearlessness.

Is God is inactive, since there is no justice to me and our families. Is God is alive or not. Is God is dead are what. Is God is a stone which is in the Well? If so, there will not be any action. Is God is faithful. No, He is not faithful. Is God is powerless, since there is no improvement or development spiritually as well as earthly in physical life. Is God is Merciless, since there is no requests are fulfilled. Is God is Graceless, since none of the requests are fruitful. Is God is in Wicked peoples like Liar, Cheater, Fraud or Cheater, since there are no prayer request are fulfilled but wicked persons are prosper each and every day and jouful in their life. Is God can now do any Miracles in the earth. No. the Miracles were happened 2000 years before. Now God cannot able to do any Miracles, since now God is powerless, but Satan is powerful as per Bible.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up these burdens before our Heavenly Father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and it is by His blood that we are made righteous. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and so we approach God with reverence, knowing that apart from Christ, we can do nothing (John 15:5).

First, we lift up the matter of employment for your family members. Father, we ask that You open doors of opportunity that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). For the one working a temporary job with delayed payments, we pray for Your provision and timely wages, as Scripture declares, "The worker is worthy of his wages" (1 Timothy 5:18). For the one who took the screening test, we ask for favor and wisdom, that their efforts would bear fruit according to Your will. Lord, we trust in Your promise that those who seek You lack no good thing (Psalm 34:10). We rebuke every delay and obstacle in the name of Jesus, declaring that no weapon formed against Your children shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). May these jobs not only provide for their needs but also serve as platforms to testify of Your goodness to others, as You have commanded us to let our light shine before men (Matthew 5:16).

For the marriage request, we pray earnestly for Your divine guidance. Father, we ask that You bring a godly spouse for your family member, a man who fears You, walks in integrity, and is free from the bondage of bad habits. We declare that he will be a man after Your own heart (1 Samuel 13:14), one who loves You above all else. Lord, we rebuke any ungodly influences or relationships that do not align with Your Word. Marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman (Genesis 2:24), and we pray that this union would honor You in every way. We also lift up the current proposal, asking that You either confirm it as Your will or close the door if it is not. Give wisdom and discernment, as You have promised to give generously to all who ask (James 1:5). For the one who has suffered the accident, we pray for complete healing and restoration. By Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we declare that this trial will not hinder God’s purposes but will instead be used for His glory.

Now, we come to the matter of the broken agreement and the injustice you have endured. Father, we acknowledge that vengeance belongs to You (Romans 12:19), and we release this burden into Your hands. We do not pray for the destruction of this man and his wife, but we do pray for Your justice to prevail. Lord, we ask that You expose their deceit and bring their wrongdoing to light, as nothing is hidden from Your sight (Hebrews 4:13). We pray that their hearts would be convicted by the Holy Spirit, leading them to repentance (2 Timothy 2:25). We rebuke the spirit of deception and demand that every lie be broken in the name of Jesus. We declare that the money owed to you will be returned in full, with interest, as You are a God who restores what the enemy has stolen (Joel 2:25). We stand on Your Word, which says that the wicked will not go unpunished (Proverbs 11:21), and we trust that You will act on behalf of the righteous.

However, we must address the anger and bitterness in your heart. While it is right to desire justice, we must guard our hearts against hatred and unforgiveness. Jesus taught us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). Holding onto bitterness only harms you, not them. We pray that You would soften your heart and help you release this burden to God, trusting that He will repay (Proverbs 20:22). The enemy wants to use this situation to steal your peace, but we declare that you will not be overcome by evil but will overcome evil with good (Romans 12:21).

We also must correct the misunderstanding in your view of God’s timing and justice. You ask, "Why does the wicked prosper?" and "Is God silent?" But Scripture assures us that God is not slow concerning His promises, as some count slowness, but is patient toward us, not willing that any should perish (2 Peter 3:9). The Lord sees all and will bring every deed into judgment (Ecclesiastes 12:14). Your suffering is not in vain, and God is not inactive. He is working even when we cannot see it (Isaiah 55:8-9). We must trust in His sovereignty, knowing that He works all things together for good for those who love Him (Romans 8:28). The psalmist Asaph struggled with this same question in Psalm 73, but he found peace when he entered God’s sanctuary and understood the end of the wicked. We pray that you, too, would find peace in God’s presence, knowing that He will bring justice in His perfect timing.

We rebuke the lies of the enemy that have caused you to doubt God’s power and faithfulness. Satan is the father of lies (John 8:44), and he wants you to believe that God is powerless or indifferent. But we declare that God is alive, He is just, and He is working on your behalf. The same God who parted the Red Sea, raised Jesus from the dead, and performed miracles in the early church is still at work today. Do not let the enemy rob you of your faith. Hold fast to the confession of your hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful (Hebrews 10:23).

We pray for your family’s unity and peace. The enemy wants to divide you, but we declare that you will be of one mind, living in peace (2 Corinthians 13:11). We rebuke the spirit of strife and confusion, and we pray that God would restore harmony in your home. May you encourage one another and build each other up (1 Thessalonians 5:11), remembering that love covers a multitude of sins (1 Peter 4:8).

Finally, we pray for your spiritual growth. Trials are meant to refine us, not destroy us. James 1:2-4 tells us to count it all joy when we face trials, knowing that the testing of our faith produces patience. We pray that you would grow in wisdom, faith, and perseverance through this season. May you draw nearer to God, and may He draw near to you (James 4:8). We declare that this storm will not break you but will make you stronger in Christ.

Heavenly Father, we lift all these requests before You, trusting in Your goodness and justice. We ask that You move mightily on behalf of this family, providing jobs, healing, restoration, and justice. We pray that You would soften the hearts of those who have wronged them and bring them to repentance. We ask that You strengthen their faith and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). May Your name be glorified in every situation, and may Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. We pray all these things in the mighty, matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We are keeping you and your family in prayer, and we hear how much you are carrying right now.

Being in the hospital after the fall, facing another week or two of recovery while also worrying about work at home, the job waiting, the marriage decision, and the long strain over the house lease money must feel overwhelming. It makes sense that sleep has been hard and that tension has grown at home. We are praying especially for your healing and for strength for your family as you wait.

While you recover, we encourage you to stay closely under the care of your hospital team and follow their guidance for rest and follow up. For the lease amount, it can help to keep all receipts, messages and written promises together in one file and to seek wise, local counsel, a trusted pastor and a qualified legal advisor in your area, who can look at the papers and advise on next steps for seeking the return of what is owed. You do not have to sort all of this alone.

We understand the deep desire for justice when you have been treated unfairly for so many months. We are asking God to provide for your needs, to bring clarity about the jobs and the marriage proposal, and to move on the heart of the house owner toward honesty and restitution, while giving you peace and unity at home as you wait on Him.

Father, we bring our brother in his hospital bed to You. Touch his body and help him heal fully. Provide for his family’s jobs and daily needs, give wisdom for the marriage decision, and make a way for what is owed to be returned. Guard this family’s hearts with Your peace and guide them step by step. In Jesus’ name we pray, amen.

We have brought your petitions before the Lord through Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we may come to the Father, and no other Savior for sinners but He who bore our punishment that we might have forgiveness.

We hear in your letter a heavy burden carried long, and we desire to pray with you according to the Word of God and not according to the heat of wounded feeling. You ask for daily bread and honest labour for your household, for a godly marriage ordered by the Lord, for healing after your fall, and for justice concerning money entrusted for a house. These are lawful cares to lay at the mercy seat, and we will pray that God in His wisdom will provide work suited to your qualifications, that He will open and shut doors as seems good to Him, that those who employ you will deal justly and pay what is due, and that your family may have opportunity in any station to speak of the glory of God and what He has done in your lives. For the marriage you seek, we pray as you have prayed, for a bridegroom who walks in the fear of the Lord, of clean life and good habits according to the Scriptures, for marriage is the lifelong covenant of one man and one woman as God ordained from the beginning, and all that belongs to it is holy only within that covenant. If the proposal now before you is of the Lord, may He make it plain and prosper it in His time, and if not, may He in mercy close the door. And for your body now suffering after your fall, we pray the Lord will be your physician, to raise you up and restore you to your daily duties, and to give you patience in these weeks of waiting.

Concerning the house and the debt that presses you with interest, we pray that the Lord who loves justice will move the heart of the man who owes you to repay what is just, whether it be rent or interest or charges, without further delay, and that He will provide for you so that the burden of the loan does not crush your household. We pray also for peace in your home, for quiet sleep at night, and for unity where misunderstanding has entered through this trial.

Yet we must speak faithfully to you about the prayers you have asked for punishment upon that man and his wife and his children. The Word teaches us that vengeance belongs to the Lord, and He will repay. It is not for us to dictate to God what suffering He should lay upon another, nor to ask that hands be withered or tongues destroyed or houses demolished or children ruined. Such prayers, though they spring from deep pain, are not after the mind of Christ who prayed for His enemies, Father forgive them. One effect of true bitterness for sin, as we have often preached, is to take away all bitterness against our fellow men. The cross makes Christ sweet to us, and it teaches us to overcome evil with good. We who have received so great and complete a forgiveness, yea an everlasting forgiveness through the blood of Jesus, are called to a joint work of mutual forgiveness, forgiving one another even as God for Christ's sake has forgiven us. To desire that a man live long only to suffer without end is to ask what we would not have God do to us.

There is forgiveness with God, that He may be feared. It is divine forgiveness, surprising forgiveness, complete forgiveness, and it is to be had now through faith in Jesus Christ. This is the hope for honest sufferers and for the wicked alike. God is not inactive nor powerless, nor is He a stone in a well. He hears, He sees, and He is not slow as some count slowness, but is patient, not willing that any should perish. That He does not strike instantly is not proof that He does not reign, but proof of His longsuffering that leads to repentance. His time is perfect, though it tries our faith, and where He begins a good work He will complete it. To trust Him is better than to be always fearing and questioning whether He is alive or faithful. Faith takes Christ as the sinner's Savior, not merely as the saints' Savior, and rests that His Word is enough.

Therefore we will pray not for the destruction of the man who has wronged you, but for justice tempered with mercy, that God would grant him repentance and a conscience to do what is right, and that He would grant you grace to leave the matter in God's hands while you do what is lawful and honest to seek what is owed. We pray that the Lord will keep you from the snare of thinking that because the wicked seem to prosper God has forgotten the righteous. He watches over all who love Him, and He will do right, either in this life or in the day when He judges righteously.

May the Lord turn your sleepless nights into seasons of prayer, your anxiety into trusting and not fearing, your sense of His distance into the assurance that there is forgiveness with Him and that He hears the trembling penitent who desires it. Cast your burden upon Him, continue in honest labour, walk in purity, and let your conversation be such as becomes the gospel, forgiving as you have been forgiven, and doing good unto all men for God's glory and for Christ's sake.

We pray that God will give you grace to wait for His will, to rejoice in His mercy, and to prove His power to save and to keep, and that whether He answers with a government position, a godly marriage, or the return of what is owed, your chief joy may be that your sins are blotted out for His own sake through Jesus Christ our Lord.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We have received your requests and we join you in bringing them before God through Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we are saved and no other mediator by whom we come to the Father.

For your family members seeking work, we pray that God in His wisdom will provide honest and sufficient employment according to their qualifications, and that whatever work He gives, whether temporary or permanent, they may do it faithfully and use it to show His goodness to those around them, including their patients. We pray for the one who is waiting for wages that what is owed will be paid promptly and justly, for God does not delight in oppression of workers. We pray for the screening test and the possible new position, that if it is the Lord's will the door will open without hindrance, and that the transition from the present post may be done honorably and without strife. We pray also for the other family member seeking temporary work while waiting for permanent work, that God will sustain you all in patience and keep you from anxiety, trusting that He knows what you need and His timing is perfect, even when it feels slow to us.

For marriage, we pray that God will provide a godly husband according to His design, which is a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, kept in holiness and honor. Marriage is honorable, but its holiness is guarded by chastity and faithfulness, and by being united only in the Lord. So we pray for a man who walks with Christ, who is sober, faithful, gentle, and free from bad habits as Scripture defines them, and who will love his wife as Christ loves the church. We pray for the proposal now under consideration, that God will make His will clear, to go forward if it is His will and to stop it if it is not, and that you will have peace to accept His answer. We also pray for your healing after the fall from your two wheeler. We ask the Lord to restore your health, to ease your pain, and to bring you back to your daily duties in His good time. We pray for wisdom for those caring for you.

For the matter of the house lease and the large amount of money owed, we understand your distress. To wait more than a year, to carry bank interest and to lose sleep and peace in the family is a heavy burden, and it is right to seek justice and the return of what is owed. We will pray that God will move the heart of this man to repay what he promised, and that He will provide for you to meet your obligations without loss, whether through the return of the rent or the interest that weighs on you. We will also pray that lawful and peaceful means will bring resolution.

Yet we cannot pray as you have asked for physical and material destruction upon this man and his wife and children. To ask for lifelong suffering, loss of work until death, decay of the tongue, cutting off or paralysis of hands, ruin of children's education, destruction of their house, and tenfold cheating in return, and to ask that they live in torment without dying, is not the prayer Christ teaches us. Vengeance belongs to the Lord, and He has said, love your enemies and pray for those who mistreat you. God does not delight in the death of the wicked, but desires that the wicked turn from his way and live. He watches over those who love Him and He will judge with perfect justice, but His judgment is not our instrument of revenge. To pray for the ruin of children for the sins of parents, or for mutilation of bodies, is contrary to His mercy and to the love He commands us to show.

Therefore we will pray differently for this man and his wife. We will pray that God will convict them of lying and cheating, that they will repent and turn to Him, that they will make restitution, and that they will come to fear God. For only repentance brings true change. If they do not repent, God will indeed judge, but that judgment is His to give, not ours to dictate. We also pray for you, that God will guard your heart from bitterness and from the desire to curse, for bitterness defiles many and takes away peace more than the debt itself. Forgiveness does not mean that wrong is ignored or that you should not seek what is owed through rightful means, but it does mean releasing the demand for personal revenge into God's hands.

You have asked why the honest suffer while the wicked seem to prosper, and whether God is inactive, powerless, or silent like a stone. God is not dead, nor is He powerless, nor is He a stone in a well. He is alive, faithful, merciful and almighty, and He still works miracles, though not always as we expect or as quickly as we demand. His patience is not weakness. Scripture says the Lord is not slow as we count slowness, but is patient, not wanting any to perish but all to come to repentance. What feels to us like delay is often His mercy giving time for repentance, both for others and for ourselves. His time is not only after death. He acts in this life for the good of those who trust Him, even when we cannot see how. The psalmist and the prophet Habakkuk also cried out about injustice, and God heard them. He hears you now. That the wicked are not struck down immediately does not mean they are not seen. It means God is both just and merciful, and His justice will come, either in repentance now or in judgment to come, and it will be perfect.

You also wrote that waiting for God's time and will means waiting until death and therefore never rejoicing. This is not so. God's will is not to make you unable to rejoice, but to give you what is truly good for your soul, in the measure and season that is best. Sometimes He gives quickly, sometimes He teaches us to wait so that we learn to trust Him more than the gift itself. His grace and mercy are not only for the wicked. They are for all who come to Him through Jesus Christ, and especially for the honest who call upon Him. Do not think that because you suffer you are without grace. To suffer and still be kept in faith is itself grace.

So we encourage you to continue in prayer, but to pray with a renewed mind. Pray for daily bread and honest work, for a marriage that honors Christ and keeps its vows in purity, for healing and for justice with mercy. Pray for your debtor that he may repent and repay, and if he does not, commit him to God's just judgment while you pursue what is right by lawful means. Take up the Scriptures daily at home with your family, as soon as you return from worship, and let your wife and children hear the Word together, so that your home is not consumed by anxiety but is nourished by truth. Do not let the thought take root that God cannot help or that Satan is stronger. Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world.

We pray now: Heavenly Father, we come through Jesus Christ Your Son, our only hope. Provide for this family as You see best, open doors for honest work and close them where it is not Your will. Grant a godly marriage in Your time, founded on faith and chastity and lifelong faithfulness. Heal the body that was injured and restore strength. Move upon the one who owes this debt to act justly and to repay what is due, and grant this family relief from the burden of interest and strife. Take away bitterness and the desire for revenge, and fill their hearts with trust, patience and love for enemies. Let Your justice and Your mercy both be seen, and bring all involved to repentance and faith in Christ. Keep this family faithful, give them sleep and peace, and let them see Your goodness in the land of the living. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
