Your honesty in sharing these heavy burdens is received with care, and your desire to bring everything to God through Jesus Christ is right and good. God hears the prayers of His people, and He invites us to cast all our cares on Him because He cares for us. I want to walk through each of your requests with you in the light of Scripture and to help realign some of the pain you are feeling with what God has shown us about His justice, His mercy, and His timing.
First, concerning the jobs for your family members. It is right to ask God to provide work that fits the gifts and training He has given, and to ask that your work would be a platform to show His goodness to others, including patients and colleagues. Faith in God is not passive. Like Jacob who, trusting God for protection, still acted with wisdom and humility as he approached Esau, we are to do what is right and responsible while trusting God for the outcome. So continue to pray for the delayed salary to be paid in full and on time, for favor in the screening test and for an interview call, and for a clear and peaceful release from the present temporary position with a full settlement if God opens another door. Also pray for the other family member who needs an opening soon while waiting for a permanent position. Ask God for open doors that no one can shut, for integrity in every step, and for contentment to wait for His perfect will and timing, knowing that He withholds no good thing from those who walk uprightly.
Second, concerning marriage for your family member. It is good to desire a Godly marriage. Scripture teaches that marriage is a lifelong covenant between one man and one woman, and that intimacy belongs within that covenant alone. It is wise to look not only for education or earnings but for character formed by the Word of God, for good habits that flow from a life that fears the Lord and turns from what the Bible calls sin. Pray that God would provide a husband who loves Christ first, who is faithful, self controlled, honest, kind, and committed to purity, and that He would prepare both persons for marriage in His time. The earliest possible time is not always the best time, and God's timing, though it may feel slow to us, is purposeful and loving.
Third, concerning the house lease and the large amount of money that has not been returned for more than a year, with the growing burden of the gold loan and interest. The injustice you have experienced is real, and it is understandable that sleepless nights, family strain, and deep frustration have followed. God sees what has happened. The earth and all that is in it belongs to Him. Nothing is hidden from Him, and He is not a stone that cannot hear or act. He is alive, He is powerful, and He is still at work, even when His work is not immediately visible. He is our refuge and fortress when we feel exposed and vulnerable, and He can be trusted to keep what we commit to Him.
In your pain you have asked God to bring severe physical and material suffering upon this man and his family, upon his wife and children, including lasting bodily harm, loss of livelihood, destruction of their home, and ruin of their children's education. I understand this comes from a deep sense of being wronged, but this is not how Scripture teaches us to pray. The Bible shows us that anger left unchecked becomes destructive. When Jacob's sons Simeon and Levi acted in fierce anger and killed a whole city, that anger was later rebuked as cursed because it led to cruelty. God calls His people to a different way.
God's justice and God's mercy meet at the cross. Justice rightly requires that wrong be addressed, and mercy offers forgiveness where there is repentance. We often feel that to forgive is to deny justice, but God has made a way to be both just and merciful through Jesus Christ. He paid the penalty for sin so that forgiveness can be offered freely to all who come to Him, confess their sin, and receive His cleansing. Jesus said that all manner of sin can be forgiven when we come and ask. That offer is for you, and it is also for the person who has wronged you.
Scripture teaches us not to seek personal vengeance. Vengeance belongs to the Lord. He will repay with perfect righteousness. Our part is to release the right to punish into His hands, to pray for what is right and just, and to pray even for those who have wronged us that they would come to repentance and faith. To pray for a person's tongue to be cut out or hands to be paralyzed, or for children to suffer for a parent's sin, or for a family to be destroyed, is not a prayer God calls us to pray. Instead, we are taught to follow God's example in forgiveness, to forgive as we have been forgiven, and to walk in love as Christ has loved us. Forgiveness as God gives it is complete. When He justifies us through faith in Jesus, He declares us innocent of all charges, as though we had never sinned, and He remembers our sin no more. He invites us to live in that same spirit toward others.
This does not mean you should not seek justice through rightful means. It is right to pray that God would move the heart of this person to repay what is owed, including the rent that was promised and the interest burden you now carry, and that God would grant you wisdom to pursue every lawful and peaceful step to recover what belongs to you. Pray that God would convict this man and his wife where they have spoken falsely, that they would stop deceiving others, and that they would turn to God in truth. Pray that God would protect you from bitterness, which can take root and harm your own family more deeply than the financial loss itself.
You have also asked difficult questions about why the honest seem to suffer while the wicked prosper, whether God is slow, silent, powerless, or without mercy, and whether miracles have ceased. The Scripture acknowledges that cry. The prophet Habakkuk asked why God seemed silent while the wicked swallowed up those more righteous. God answered that He had not forgotten and that He acts in His own time and way. What feels like slowness to us is often God's patience. He is patient, not wanting any to perish but all to come to repentance. That patience can feel like inaction, but it is mercy at work. He still stretches out His hand. He still delivers from the snare and covers His people. He still accomplishes His purposes, and He can use even difficult circumstances to draw us back to the place where we first knew His presence, as He called Jacob back to Bethel, to find fresh assurance that He is with us.
God is not powerless and Satan is not more powerful. The whole creation remains in God's hands. He has not stopped working. He still hears, He still saves, He still heals and provides, and one day He will judge all people with perfect equity. Until then, we live by faith in His character, not only by what we see. Faith does not mean we will understand His timing fully, but we can be confident that He is good, that He loves His children, and that He will not keep back what is truly best.
So let us pray together in a way that honors Him.

We declare that You are alive, You are faithful, You are merciful and gracious, and Your hand is still stretched out to save. Let Your name be glorified in how You answer. Amen.
