Marriage In Dire Need

My husband told me last night that he was leaving. After talking to him, he has agreed to stay but he was clear he is staying for our young son. If I am unable to change things about my behavior he will leave. We have been together for 17 years and I still love him with all my heart and he says he still loves me, but can't stay with me as I hurt him too much. Please, please pray for us. Pray that God will change me, will calm my temper, vanquish my pride and make me like the Proverbs 31 woman. Pray that God will heal my husband's heart, heal his soul, ease his mind and allow him to forgive me. Please pray that God will make our marriage like new again. Thank you.

Heavenly Father, thank you so much for the gifts that you have blessed us with. Today, we humbly approach you, lifting the prayers of this dear sister. Please intervene in her marriage life issues. Comfort her, and guide her every step of the way as she is going through a hard time. I pray too for a change of heart for both of them, a heart willing to forgive and forget the past, a heart that is open to welcome each other again. Please Lord, will it. Let their be healing in this relationship. In the name of Jesus I pray, with much love and thanksgiving...Amen.

Let’s Pray…Father God, in the name of Jesus, I ask that You will bless my family, including myself. I plead the blood of Jesus over all our lives. God bind the spirit of strife and division. Save, deliver, sanctify, set free and set apart each member of my family (including myself) for the glory of God. Make us all fit for the Master’s Use.

Lead, guide, and direct our footsteps. Let Peace, Love, Joy, Hope, Faith, Excellent Health, Holiness, Wisdom, Knowledge, Understanding, Protection and Prosperity rest in each of our homes, hearts, and lives. Make our family whole in You Lord Jesus. May we all come to know You, Love You, and Obey You. Let our lives be shaped by the Word of God. Be Lord Of All in All Our Lives. And all that I have asked of You God in this prayer please do the same for the writer of this prayer. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen, So Be It.
