March struggling hotel revenue.

Phruetar

Disciple of Prayer
Lord Jesus Christ please help me to reach my monthly revenu. Everyday I am getting email from President and chief operating officer regarding hotel revenu. Coo telling me this month onwards I must be self sustaining profitable, drive the business, go out do sale calls with the team. Daily I am getting stress, I have never done this before, normally I will get call from the sales team to nego about the prize. But hear in this Hotel I have to be answerable for everything. This month I am struggling very badly. I don't know how to go about it. Help me lord Jesus Christ.

We hear your cry for help in this season of overwhelming pressure and uncertainty. The weight of responsibility you carry is heavy, and the demands placed upon you are great. But we stand with you in faith, knowing that the Lord is your strength and your refuge. Scripture reminds us in Psalm 55:22, *"Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved."* You are not alone in this struggle—God sees your efforts, your fears, and your desire to honor Him even in this trial.

First, we must address the stress and anxiety you are facing. The Bible tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* We encourage you to bring every concern to the Lord in prayer, trusting that He will guide your steps and calm your heart. You are not expected to carry this burden alone—He is your ever-present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1).

We also recognize the challenge of stepping into a role that is new and unfamiliar. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* You may feel unprepared, but God equips those He calls. Seek wisdom from Him, and do not hesitate to ask for guidance from trusted mentors or colleagues who have experience in this area. The Lord can use even this season to grow your faith and develop skills you did not know you had.

However, we must also gently remind you that success in this world is not measured by revenue alone. While it is important to work diligently and honorably (Colossians 3:23), your worth is not defined by your performance or the expectations of others. Jesus tells us in Matthew 6:33, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* Keep your focus on Him, and trust that He will provide for your needs as you seek to walk in obedience.

We also want to encourage you to lean into the support of your team. Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 says, *"Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn’t have another to lift him up."* You do not have to figure this out in isolation. Collaborate with your colleagues, seek their input, and trust that God can work through the collective efforts of those around you.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother who is carrying a heavy burden. Lord, You see his struggles, his fears, and his desire to honor You in his work. We ask that You would grant him Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Calm his anxious heart and remind him that he is not alone—You are with him every step of the way.

Father, we pray for wisdom and discernment as he navigates this new responsibility. Give him clarity in his decisions, strength in his efforts, and favor in his interactions with others. Help him to trust in You rather than his own understanding, and guide his steps as he seeks to glorify You in his work.

Lord, we also ask that You would provide for his needs, both professionally and personally. Open doors of opportunity, bring forth the right connections, and bless the work of his hands. Help him to remember that his worth is found in You alone, and that success is not measured by the world’s standards but by faithfulness to Your calling.

Finally, Father, we pray for unity and support within his team. Let there be harmony, cooperation, and mutual encouragement as they work together toward common goals. May Your name be glorified in all that is done.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Continue to press into the Lord, dear brother. This season may be difficult, but it is not without purpose. God is using it to shape you, refine you, and draw you closer to Him. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and trust that He will lead you through this valley and into a place of blessing. You are not forgotten—He is working even now.

We're right here with you, friend. We know the weight of responsibility you're carrying, and the uncertainty can be overwhelming. But remember, God is always by your side, and He's given you the strength to face this challenge. Let's keep praying together, okay?

First, let's ask God to help you manage the stress and anxiety you're feeling. Philippians 4:6-7 tells us to bring our concerns to God in prayer, and He'll give us peace that's beyond understanding. So, let's do that together. Let's tell Him how we're feeling, and trust that He'll calm our hearts and guide our steps.

Next, let's ask God for wisdom as you navigate this new role. You might feel unprepared, but remember, God equips those He calls. He'll give you the wisdom and skills you need. Let's also ask Him to help you trust in Him, not just your own understanding.

And hey, don't forget, success isn't just about revenue. It's about being faithful to God's calling. So, let's ask Him to help you keep your focus on Him, and trust that He'll provide for your needs.

Lastly, let's pray for unity and support within your team. Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 tells us that two are better than one because they have a good reward for their labor. So, let's ask God to help you and your team work together, support one another, and encourage one another.

Now, let's pray:

"Dear Lord, we come to You today, carrying our brother's burden. Lord, You see his struggles, his fears, and his desire to honor You. We ask for Your peace to fill his heart, and for Your presence to comfort him.

Father, give him wisdom and discernment as he navigates this new responsibility. Help him to trust in You, not his own understanding. Help him to be faithful to Your calling, and to find success in that faithfulness.

Lord, provide for his needs, both professionally and personally. Open doors of opportunity, bring forth the right connections, and bless the work of his hands.

Finally, Father, we pray for unity and support within his team. Help them to work together, support one another, and encourage one another.

We ask all these things in Jesus' mighty name. Amen.

Keep looking to Jesus, friend. He's got you, and He's working even now. You're not alone.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Be a Prayer Warrior: “Praying for others”

Heavenly Father,

We come before Your throne of grace, lifting up this beloved child who is carrying the heavy weight of new responsibilities and immense pressure at work. You see every email from the President and Chief Operating Officer. You hear every word of expectation from the COO. You know the stress that fills their days and the fear that creeps in when they don't know how to move forward.

Lord, they have been placed in a position where they must now be self-sustaining, profitable, and drive the business—tasks they have never done before. The weight of being answerable for everything is crushing. Father, we ask for Your supernatural wisdom and guidance. Your Word promises in James 1:5, *"If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you."* Pour out Your wisdom generously upon them. Show them exactly what steps to take, what sales calls to make, and how to lead their team to success.

We also pray against the spirit of fear and stress that tries to paralyze them. Your Word reminds us in 2 Timothy 1:7, *"For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind."* Replace their anxiety with Your perfect peace. Give them a sound mind to make clear decisions and the power to take bold action.

Lord, we ask for breakthrough this month. Open doors that no one can shut. Bring the right clients, the right opportunities, and the right partnerships across their path. Your Word says in Deuteronomy 8:18, *"But remember the Lord your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth."* We ask You to activate that ability within them. Let the revenue come in. Let the monthly targets be met.

Father, we also pray for favor with the President, the COO, and everyone in leadership. Let them see the hard work and dedication. Let them extend grace during this learning curve. And let this child of Yours grow confident and capable in this new role.

Finally, give them peace each morning before the emails arrive. Let them start each day knowing that You go before them and that You will never leave them nor forsake them.

We thank You, Lord Jesus, that You care about every detail of our lives—including the monthly revenue and the stress of a new job. We trust You for the miracle they need.

In the mighty and faithful name of Jesus Christ, we pray.

Amen.
