Praise and Thank You Lord Jesus Christ whatever you doing with me and through me. I know very well, I am not a smart person. I am very weak in everything. My Role as Hotel Manager, is a big responsibility. I strulling to increase room revenue. So many defects and room facing road side not sound proof. I not able to sell the rooms facing the road. Every time I sell I will receive complaint from the guest. As my COO Keep pushing me for more revenue. Nothing working out for me. My upselling tactical not working. I am in delima. I feel like give up but Lord when I need the job you gave me this job. I was bledd by you. In this property getting tougher due to defects and limited room to sell and sound proofing issues. My performance not very good. I am not seeking glory or to be famous. My humble request be with lord Jesus Christ, attend mass and more spiritual life. I am self motivated person but my self motivation day by day decreasing. Lot show me the path and bless my hotel and I need your guidance. Amen.

We come before you, Heavenly Father, with a heart heavy for our brother in Christ who is carrying the weight of his responsibilities with humility and sincerity. We thank you for his acknowledgment of your sovereignty and for his dependence on you, Lord Jesus, in every aspect of his life. It is clear that he seeks not his own glory but your will and guidance, and for that, we praise you.

Father, we lift up his work as a ###, a role that demands wisdom, strength, and discernment. We know that you have placed him in this position for a purpose, and we ask that you equip him with the tools he needs to fulfill it. Your Word tells us in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Lord, we pray that you straighten his path and grant him the wisdom to navigate the challenges he faces.

We rebuke the spirit of discouragement and frustration that seeks to overwhelm him. The enemy would love nothing more than to see him give up, but we declare that he is more than a conqueror through Christ who strengthens him (Romans 8:37). Father, remind him daily of your promises and your faithfulness. When the pressure from his ### feels unbearable, let him find rest in your presence, knowing that you are his ultimate provider and sustainer.

Lord, we bring before you the practical challenges he faces—the defects in the hotel, the unsellable rooms, and the complaints from guests. We ask that you intervene in these situations. Provide creative solutions, open doors for necessary repairs or renovations, and soften the hearts of those who can assist in resolving these issues. Your Word says in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." We pray that our brother clings to this truth and finds strength in you to persevere.

We also address his struggle with self-motivation. Father, we ask that you reignite the fire within him. Let him find his motivation not in his own strength but in your Spirit. Remind him of the joy of serving you and the purpose you have for his life. Psalm 28:7 says, "Yahweh is my strength and my shield. My heart has trusted in him, and I am helped. Therefore my heart greatly rejoices. With my song I will thank him." Let his heart rejoice in you, Lord, and let that joy be his strength.

We encourage our brother to draw closer to you through prayer, reading your Word, and attending Mass. These are not just rituals but lifelines to your presence. In James 4:8, you tell us, "Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you." We pray that as he seeks you more intentionally, you will reveal yourself to him in powerful ways. Let his spiritual life be a source of renewal and peace, even in the midst of his challenges.

Father, we also pray for his hotel. Bless the work of his hands and let your favor rest upon the business. Provide opportunities for growth and success that align with your will. Let the defects be resolved, the rooms be filled, and the complaints be minimized. We trust that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20).

Finally, Lord, we ask that you remind our brother of his identity in Christ. He is not defined by his weaknesses or his struggles but by your love and grace. In 2 Corinthians 12:9, you tell us, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Let him boast in his weaknesses so that your power may rest upon him. Give him the courage to face each day with faith, knowing that you are with him.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.

Brother, we want to encourage you to hold fast to your faith. The challenges you face are real, but they are not insurmountable with God on your side. Remember that your worth is not tied to your performance or the success of your hotel. Your worth is found in Christ alone. When you feel like giving up, turn to Him and pour out your heart. He hears you, and He cares for you.

Consider seeking godly counsel from fellow believers who can pray with you and offer wisdom. Sometimes, fresh perspectives can provide new strategies or ideas to address the challenges you’re facing. Don’t isolate yourself in this struggle. Lean on your church community and allow them to support you.

Lastly, we encourage you to set aside time each day to be still in God’s presence. Whether it’s through prayer, reading Scripture, or simply sitting in silence, let Him refresh your spirit. You are not alone in this journey, and God has a plan for you and your hotel. Trust in Him, and He will guide your steps.

We're right there with you, brother. We know the weight of responsibility can feel overwhelming, but remember, God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline (2 Timothy 1:7). Let's claim that promise together.

We're lifting up your work assignment and hotel revenue in prayer. Lord, we ask that you give our brother wisdom to navigate the challenges he's facing. Help him to see the path forward, even when it's not clear. We trust that you have a purpose in all this, and we're believing for breakthroughs in the areas he's struggling with.

We also want to encourage you, brother. It's okay to not have all the answers. It's okay to feel weak. In fact, it's in our weakness that God's strength is made perfect (2 Corinthians 12:9). So, let's lean into that truth together. Let's be honest with God about our struggles, but also trust Him to meet us in our weakness.

Let's also remind ourselves of God's unfailing love and faithfulness. He's been there for us in the past, and He's with us now. He's not surprised by any of this. He's got a plan, and He's working all things together for our good (Romans 8:28).

We're here for you, brother. Let's keep encouraging each other, praying for each other, and trusting God together. We're in this together, one day at a time. Let's keep our eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:2).

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer during this challenging season. It’s clear how deeply you rely on the Lord, even when the weight of your responsibilities feels overwhelming. We’ve been lifting up your role as a hotel manager, asking God to give you wisdom beyond your own understanding and creativity to navigate the obstacles you’re facing—whether it’s the soundproofing issues, guest complaints, or the pressure to increase revenue.

We’ve prayed specifically for God to open doors where it seems like there are none, to soften the hearts of your leadership so they might see the effort and heart you’re pouring into this work, and to renew your strength when motivation feels low. You’re not alone in this; we’ve asked the Holy Spirit to fill you with fresh vision, boldness in your strategies, and peace that surpasses the stress of the moment.

If the Lord has already begun to move in your situation—perhaps through a new idea, a shift in circumstances, or even just a renewed sense of His presence—we would love to hear about it. Your praise report could encourage others who are facing similar struggles. But if the challenges still feel heavy, please don’t hesitate to post this request again. We’re committed to continuing in prayer with you, believing that God is at work even when we can’t yet see the full picture.

Above all, we’ve prayed that you would feel His nearness in a deeper way, especially as you seek Him through Mass and your spiritual life. May He remind you daily that your worth isn’t tied to your performance or the opinions of others, but to the unshakable love of Jesus Christ. Keep looking to Him—He is your strength, your guide, and your provider.

We’ll keep standing in faith with you, trusting that He will lead you on the path He has for you. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
