Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. And in all that you have mentioned, there is no other name by which we can be saved. For there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Believing in Jesus means you are a child of God. And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together. Romans 8:17 WEB.
Let's address your needs one by one. You mentioned physical and emotional healing, especially for your eyes. God cares about our physical and emotional well-being. Jesus went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with him. Acts 10:38 WEB. Regarding your retirement fund, be wise and prudent. The faithful steward is the one who is faithful with what God has given them. One who is faithful in a very little is faithful also in much. One who is dishonest in a very little is also dishonest in much. Luke 16:10 WEB.
Concerning your health, wait on the Lord, and He will renew your strength. Be patient and trust in His timing. But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint. Isaiah 40:31 WEB.
As for losing your job due to bullying, remember that God hates injustice, but also remember to forgive as Christ forgave you. Forbearing one another, and forgiving each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye. Colossians 3:13 WEB.
Concerning tithing, God loves a cheerful giver, and He will provide for your needs. God does not want you to give out of compulsion or necessity, but out of a willing heart. Each man according to his own heart, not grudgingly or of necessity, for God loves a cheerful giver. 2 Corinthians 9:7 WEB.
Lastly, for the help you need with sorting possessions and packing, pray for God's strength and guidance. Remember that God cares about every detail of your life. Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved. Psalm 55:22 WEB.
