We join you in bringing this dear hardworking man before the throne of grace and we thank you for calling upon the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father.

We hear your concern for his job and your desire for him to be treated fairly and to be allowed to continue in his work. We know how heavy this burden feels when a livelihood is on the line, and we are reminded that our God sees every diligent hand and every honest effort.

The scripture reminds us in Colossians 3:23 Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, and in Proverbs 16:3 Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed. We take comfort also in Philippians 4:19 My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus, and in Romans 8:28 We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.

We pray together for him now.

Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up this man to You. You know his name, his work, his character, and the situation surrounding his job. We ask You to place a hedge of protection around his employment and to let truth and fairness prevail. Where there are accusations or pressures against him, we pray that You would give favor in the eyes of those who are sensible and in authority over him, and that any unjust plans would be overturned. We ask that You would let his hard work be seen and that customers and coworkers would speak well of his diligence and integrity. Grant him peace in this uncertainty, wisdom in all he says and does at work, and strength to continue to labor as unto You. We trust Your provision, Lord, knowing that whether You keep him in this position for many years or lead him elsewhere, You will supply his needs and guide his steps. We commit his way to You and trust in Your perfect will. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

We encourage you both to continue to commit this matter to the Lord in prayer and to rest in His sovereignty. Continue to encourage him to work with excellence and integrity, to show respect to those over him, and to trust that God is his ultimate provider and defender. As Psalm 37:5 says Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this. We stand with you believing that God will answer according to His wisdom and love.

We hear the weight you are carrying for the man you love and how much you want him to be treated fairly at work. It is hard to watch someone who works hard and tries to do right face the possibility of losing his job or being pushed out, and it is understandable you are asking Jesus to protect him and to give influence to the more sensible voices around him.

We are praying with you for God's mercy and wisdom over his workplace, for favor with customers and supervisors, and for peace for both of you as you wait. We also join you in thanking God for his diligence and character that you see so clearly.

One simple way to support him right now is to help him keep a clear record of his good work as it happens, saving any positive customer feedback, emails or notes about his reliability, so if sensible leaders do review his case they have concrete examples in front of them. And continue to remind him you are for him no matter what the outcome is, which steadies a person more than anything when work feels unstable.

Father, in Jesus name we bring this hard working man before You and ask for Your hand over his job. Give wisdom and fairness to those making decisions, let truth be seen clearly, and guard his heart and his home from fear. Provide for every need and lead him step by step in Your will. Amen.

Your prayer concerning this man's employment has been heard and we join you in carrying it to the throne of grace. The Lord knows his labor and his diligence, and He sees the anxiety that hangs over his daily bread.

We are reminded of Job, of whom it is written, In all this Job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly. Job lost estate and honor and health, and yet he fell down upon the ground and worshipped. His was the triumph of a gracious spirit upheld by God, and if the Lord could uphold Job in all that trial, He can surely support this dear man and yourself in this present fear. We do well to make our approach unto the Lord in childlike confidence even when He seems to frown, for He is the God of all mercy and He turns to His people in a way of grace with a heart most ready to display His favor.

We will pray that the Lord in His providence would protect this employment if it be His wise and good will, that no unjust word or scheme would prevail against him, and that those who are more sensible and just among his fellow workers and those set over him would be given voice and influence to overturn what is wrong. We ask that his honest work would be seen and that favor would be granted before customers and employers, that his hands may be strengthened and his good name preserved.

And we pray also for a deeper grace, that whatever the outcome, your hearts may be kept from unbelieving speeches and may rest in the righteousness of God. Our longest sorrows have a close, and there is a bottom to the profoundest depths of our misery. It is written, And the Lord turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends. So let us imitate Job and continue in prayer, not only for this need but for all with whom we labor, trusting that God will get His own good end in the trial, whether by preserving the job or by providing another path.

May the Lord grant to this man fresh strength as Job found when his bow was renewed in his hand, and may He keep you both in patient trust, abhorring sin and repenting in dust and ashes where we have erred, and looking to Christ alone for mercy.

We commend this man and his work to our heavenly Father, asking that He would grant stability, justice, and a good testimony in his labor, and that in all things He would be glorified. In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.

Father, we lift up this man and his online job before You. We ask that You protect his position—do not let him lose it or be forced to quit. Let him keep his work for as long as he desires. We pray that sensible colleagues and leaders rise up to overturn any opposition against him.

As it is written: *"The LORD will fight for you; you need only to be still"* (Exodus 14:14). And *"Commit to the LORD whatever you do, and He will establish your plans"* (Proverbs 16:3).

May his hard work and good character be rewarded with positive customer reviews. Grant him favor and stability.

In Jesus' name, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We have heard your prayer and we join you in bringing this need before the Lord Jesus with compassion and hope.

You ask for mercy for this man whose work is in danger, that he would not lose his position or be forced to quit, and that those who have influence over the decision would act with wisdom and justice. We pray with you for this, and we also pray that whatever happens, his heart and yours would be guarded from despondency and kept firm in faith.

Scripture shows us Job, who stood firm when everything was shaken, when wealth and family and health and even the words of friends and servants came against him. He did not utter a rash word against God, but said, The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away. The enemy desires not only to take away outward things, but to move us through loss to speak against God. Yet when God is for us, even what seems to be against us He is able to turn to our good and to His glory. The darts of the adversary must strike something, and when they do not strike the faithful soul that watches and trusts in Christ, they fall back upon the one who sent them.

So let us pray together.

Lord Jesus Christ, You know this man, You see his labor and his diligence, and You know the anxiety that weighs on him and on those who love him. We ask You to have mercy and to protect his livelihood according to Your wisdom and goodness. Give favor in the eyes of those who evaluate him, and let honest and sensible judgment prevail over any unjust plan. Grant him grace to continue to work with integrity and to find favor with customers and coworkers, that his good work may be seen. Above all, keep his heart and the hearts of those praying for him in peace, free from fear, watching and sober and trusting in Your providence. If it is Your will that he remain in this place, open the way for him to do so for as long as it is good. If You allow another path, provide for him and lead him to what is best, and do not let trial become a cause of blasphemy or despair, but a cause of a crown. We ask this trusting not in our own worthiness but in Your mercy and Your name. Amen.

Continue to commend him to the Lord each day, giving thanks for the work God has already provided, and asking for strength to endure with patience and hope. The Lord who loved us and did not spare His own Son for us will not fail to be with those who trust Him.

Thank you for bringing this burden before the Lord so honestly. Your care for this man and your desire to see him protected and treated fairly is good, and God hears that prayer.

Your request brings to mind the story of Job. That book is one of the oldest in the Bible, reaching back perhaps to the time of Abraham, yet though cultures and times have changed, the deep needs and questions Job voiced are still the same needs people carry today. One of the reasons that book is given to us is to show that God is at work even when it feels as though He has looked away, and that truth can be a comfort when a job and a livelihood feel fragile.

Scripture pulls back the curtain and shows that God Himself testified that Job was a man who loved what is good and hated evil, upright in his life. At the same time the adversary had been watching Job closely, studying him and forming a view of him. His argument was that Job only served God because God had placed a hedge around him and blessed him with much, that he was the most respected and well provided for man in his region. God allowed that hedge to be tested, not because Job had done wrong, but to reveal what was true in his heart.

That helps us in two ways as we pray for this situation. First, God sees this man fully. He sees hard work, integrity, and the desire to do what is right. Nothing at his workplace is hidden from the Lord, and the Lord is just and fair in all His ways. Second, difficulty on the job is not by itself a sign that a person has failed God or that God has turned against him. Job's friends made that mistake. They came to comfort him but ended up accusing him, saying he must be a hypocrite or hiding sin because trouble had come. They told him to just get right with God and everything would be fixed, as if suffering is always direct punishment. Job knew that was not true, and in the end God corrected those friends. We should not listen to that kind of accusation either, whether it comes from others or from our own fears. Much of what Job said in his grief was the cry of a hurting heart, not settled doctrine, and the Bible records it to show us his pain, not to teach us that God is distant or unkind.

What Job longed for in his distress was someone who could stand between him and God, who could lay a hand on both and bring him near. That longing is answered in Jesus Christ, who alone brings us to God and who lives to intercede for us. Through Him we can bring every workplace fear, every review, every decision made by managers and coworkers, and ask for mercy and help.

So we can pray with confidence for what you have asked, while also trusting God's greater wisdom and care. We ask the Lord to protect this job if it is His will, to prevent any unjust action that would force a resignation, and to give favor with customers and with the more sensible and fair minded people in that workplace who may have influence. We ask Him to let truth be seen clearly and to overrule anything that is false or unfair. And we ask Him to sustain this man with peace, strength, and a sense that God has not forsaken him even when the pressure is heavy. If the Lord allows a hard outcome, we trust He will still provide, guide to the next step, and use even this trial for good, as He did for Job, whose name in the end became known not for his loss but for patient endurance under God's faithful hand.

Father in heaven, we bring this man before You in the name of Jesus, who alone is our hope and mediator. You know his work, his character, and his need. You see every person involved in decisions over his job. We ask You to place Your hand of protection around his employment, to let fairness and wisdom prevail, and to grant him favor and good testimony from those he serves. Guard him from being pushed out unjustly, and give peace to those who are praying for him. Above all, let him know that You are near, that You are just, and that You are working for his good even when circumstances feel uncertain. We trust him to Your care and ask for Your will to be done. Amen.
