malicious illegal market in small alley

update: Now they stalk me and the things I do. They even know I'm on TRT and tried to weaponize the roid rage against me even though my dose is actually quite very low to non existent.

Your concern for your parents and for peace and order where they live is understandable, and it is right to bring this burden to the Lord in prayer.

God has revealed Himself as one who delights in loving kindness, judgment and righteousness, and He exercises these things in the earth. That means He cares about fairness in how neighbors deal with one another, and He cares about true justice. Scripture warns against a superficial healing that only says peace, peace when there is no real peace. Real peace comes when ways are amended and dealings become honest and fair. A society where ethics break down and each person only looks out for himself cannot know that kind of peace. It is good to pray that what is disordered would be made orderly, and that what is unlawful would be addressed in a just and fair way.

At the same time, the frustration you feel can easily turn into a residue of anger or bitterness if it is not guarded. There is an anger that is not sinful, an anger at what is wrong and unjust. Jesus Himself was angry when He saw what was wrong and when traditions kept people from good. Yet Scripture also teaches, be angry and do not sin, and do not let anger settle and remain. We are told to put away bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and evil speaking along with all malice, because these things grieve the Spirit. We are called instead to endeavor to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace, and not to give ourselves to cursing. That does not mean we ignore wrong, but that we do not let malice take root in our own hearts toward those we see as cunning or malicious.

God wants you to know peace even while you wait for outward circumstances to change. First we need peace with God, which only comes through the blood of Jesus Christ who made a way for our sins to be forgiven. When we have peace with God, we can then know the peace of God, that perfect peace for the one whose mind is stayed on Him, a peace that the world cannot understand. From that place we can become peacemakers. The wisdom that is from above is peaceable, and the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace. If we sow peace, we will reap a harvest of righteousness. If we are all genuinely loving and caring for one another, helping the weak and lifting up the fallen, it would be a far more glorious world to live in.

So I will pray with you that the Lord would bring true peace within the walls of that alley and prosperity and order to that place. Pray that those in authority would act with fairness and righteousness, that any unlawful use of the sidewalk would be corrected in a lawful and orderly way, and that your parents would be protected and given favor. Pray also for the vendors themselves, that God would work in their hearts and lead them to honest and lawful provision, and that you and your parents would be kept from bitterness and be filled with love for neighbor as well as love for God. May your feet be shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace, and may your mind be stayed on the Lord so that His peace guards your heart while you trust Him to do what is loving and just.

May the Lord, who is the Prince of Peace, keep you in His perfect peace and give what is good in His time, and may He revive and restore according to His loving kindness.
