Your request has been brought before the Lord in prayer, and your distress has been heard. It is understandable to feel afraid and harassed when you believe evil people are targeting your home, and God sees that fear and wants to give you peace.
Scripture teaches that the fear of the Lord is to hate evil and to turn away from it. That is both the beginning of wisdom and the whole course of wisdom. To fear the Lord is not to live in dread, but to revere Him, to love what He loves and to hate what He hates, including pride, crooked speech and every evil way. When you reverence Him and depart from evil, His word promises quietness from the fear of evil and a life kept steady in His ways. Wisdom and understanding are given to preserve you and to deliver you from the way of the person who has left upright paths to walk in darkness and who delights in doing wrong.
You mentioned people getting high and entering your home in a spiritual way. The Bible does not teach that drug use gives people power to project themselves into your house or to put a spiritual hex on you. That idea comes from superstition, not from Scripture. What Scripture does teach is that there are evil people whose minds and deeds are corrupt, and that evil itself is destructive. Evil destroys relationships and harms body and mind, and in the end it slays the wicked. You do not need to be afraid of a mystical power over your home, but you are right to hate evil and to ask God for deliverance from those who practice it.
Remembering the Lord is the cure for fear. David said though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evil for you are with me. Fear grows when we forget the Lord is present, and faith grows when we remember He is with us to save and to deliver. Fear and faith cannot rule the heart at the same time, so the enemy often tries to use fear to weaken faith. Do not let fear move you to wrong reactions. Instead incline your ear to wisdom, apply your heart to understanding, keep His words and let your heart keep His commands. The prudent person sees the danger that comes from a life of sin and hides himself in the provision God has made through Jesus Christ.
God also calls His people to depart from evil, to keep the tongue from deceit, to do good and to seek peace and pursue it. Do not fret because of evildoers, for they shall be cut off and have no lasting reward. Keep your eyes looking straight ahead, ponder the path of your feet, and remove your foot from every evil way. Do not be wise in your own eyes, but fear the Lord and turn from evil, and you will find strength and wholeness in Him. And as Jesus taught us to pray, ask the Father to lead you not into temptation but to deliver you from evil, for His is the kingdom and the power and the glory.
If there are real people threatening you, stealing, or dealing drugs near you, wisdom also means taking practical steps for safety. Keep your home secure, seek help from trusted family or pastors, and contact the proper authorities for protection when there is real danger. You do not have to face this alone.
We pray for you now. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we ask that You surround this dear one with Your presence and make Your nearness known. Deliver from the way of the evil person and from every work of darkness. Quiet the heart from the fear of evil, take away tormenting fear and give faith, peace and soundness. Teach to hate evil and to walk in wisdom, to keep Your commands and to seek peace. Guard this home and this life, and hide this soul in Christ as a refuge from the judgment that sin brings. Let Your goodness be seen and Your protection be felt, and lead into paths of uprightness. Amen.
