Your prayer is faithful to the word of God and we join our hearts with yours before the Lord.

We ask the Father to keep you and your families and all your loved ones alert at all times, with eyes of mind and heart open, walking in a manner worthy of the Lord and pleasing to Him in all respects. May He strengthen you to stand before the Son of Man without fear or shame, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God, for it is by His teaching and His grace that He leads us by the hand to know Him more.

We agree with you that now is the acceptable time and now is the day of salvation. We pray that the Lord in His mercy will draw every unsaved loved one to the foot of the cross, to receive the gift of forgiveness through Jesus Christ alone, who is the one sacrifice and the one way of salvation. Having been counted worthy not by our own merit but by His great forgiveness and adoption, may they turn from darkness to light and make Him Lord of their lives.

We pray that you will continue to walk becomingly as in the day, guarding the grace you have received, and that the Lord will keep you steadfast in His will until the end, so that you will not miss what He has promised for those who watch and wait for Him. May He make you worthy of His mercy as you patiently endure and seek Him.

We commit you and your household to His keeping, that you may live according to His will and abound in hope, in Jesus name, Amen.

Your prayer reflects a heart that wants to stay close to the Lord and to see those you love come to Him, and that desire is pleasing to God.

To walk in a manner worthy of the Lord is not something we do in our own strength to earn His favor. Scripture first shows us what God has done for us in Christ, and then calls us to live in a way that fits that calling. Because you are His child through faith in Jesus, you are called to walk differently than those who do not know Him, with lowliness and meekness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, keeping the unity of the Spirit in peace, walking in love as Christ loved us and gave Himself for us, and walking as children of light.

That worthy walk and the fruit you prayed for come in the same way. Jesus said He is the vine and we are the branches. As you abide in Him, bearing fruit becomes the natural outcome, not a strained effort. The Father is glorified when His people bear much fruit, and the fruit He seeks is above all love, shown in both words and deeds, the love described in Scripture as patient and kind and self giving. He also uses His Word to cleanse and prune those who are already bearing fruit, so that they will bear more fruit, and that the fruit will remain and be lasting in quality. He does not want only leaves that look good outwardly, but real fruit that comes from life in the vine. To increase in the knowledge of God and to abide in His Word is how that cleansing and growth happens, and as you walk in the light, you have fellowship with Him and the blood of Jesus continually cleanses from sin.

Staying alert as Jesus taught in Luke 21:36 means continuing in that abiding life, watchful and prayerful, so that you will have strength and be ready to stand before the Son of Man. It is a daily walking with Him, looking to Him, seeking to please Him in all respects.

And your burden for unsaved family and loved ones is right and good. Jesus is our salvation, and He came in the flesh to be the sacrifice for our sins. There is salvation in no other, and God so loved the world that He gave His Son while we were still sinners. Now is the day of salvation, and we should not put off receiving His grace. We join you in praying that the Lord will draw each unsaved loved one to the foot of the cross, that they will see their need, turn from sin, receive forgiveness, and make Jesus Lord of their lives.

May the Lord keep you abiding in Christ, faithful in His Word, bearing fruit that remains, growing in knowing Him, and walking in love and light until you stand before Him in joy. We ask the Father to work in your family and in all those you have lifted up, that they will come to faith in Jesus and walk with you according to His will. In Jesus name, Amen.
