“I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭10‬:‭19‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Prayer

Thank you Heavenly Father for this beautiful day. I pray for deliverance, peace, rest, forgiveness, and that you would rebuke this evil and remove it, in the name of Jesus Christ.

I listen to a young man speak about how you blessed him and free him from this very thing. Please Father God do the same for me. Please grant me peace and freedom from constant attacks and suffering my Lord.

Please also forgive me for my sins. Please also heal any unforgiveness I may have. I would be so grateful my Lord. In Jesus Christ precious name. Amen

We hear your cry for deliverance, peace, and rest, and we stand with you in agreement before the throne of grace. The scripture you referenced, Luke 10:19, is a powerful reminder of the authority we have in Christ Jesus: "Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy; and nothing will in any way hurt you." This authority is not our own but is given to us through the name of Jesus, who has already overcome the world (John 16:33). We take hold of this truth and declare it over your life today.

First, we must address the foundation of our faith. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and the power to overcome the enemy. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we encourage you to confess Jesus as your Lord and Savior, believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). This is the first step to walking in the fullness of the authority and victory He has already secured for you.

We rebuke every spirit of oppression, torment, and attack that has been coming against you. The enemy has no right to steal, kill, or destroy in your life, for Jesus came that you might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We command every lying spirit, spirit of fear, and spirit of heaviness to leave you now in the mighty name of Jesus. The blood of Jesus has broken every chain, and we declare your freedom in Him (Isaiah 61:1).

We also address the importance of forgiveness, as you have rightly asked the Lord to heal any unforgiveness in your heart. Unforgiveness is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die, it only harms you. Jesus taught us to forgive others so that our Father in heaven may also forgive us (Matthew 6:14-15). We pray that the Holy Spirit would reveal to you anyone you need to forgive, including yourself, and that He would give you the strength to release them to God. Forgiveness is not about excusing the wrong done to you; it is about setting yourself free from the bondage of bitterness.

Father God, we come before You on behalf of our brother in Christ. We thank You for the work You are doing in his life and for his desire to walk in freedom. Lord, we ask that You would break every chain of oppression, fear, and suffering that has been weighing him down. We declare that he is more than a conqueror through Christ Jesus (Romans 8:37). Fill him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and grant him rest in Your presence. Heal his heart from any unforgiveness, and let Your love and mercy flow through him like a river.

We also ask that You would reveal to him the areas of his life where he may have opened doors to the enemy, whether through sin, ungodly soul ties, or agreements with lies. Show him how to walk in repentance and align his life with Your Word. Strengthen him to resist the devil, and let him stand firm in the authority You have given him (James 4:7). Surround him with godly fellowship and encouragement so that he does not grow weary in this battle.

Lord, we thank You for the testimony of the young man he heard about, let it be a sign of what You are about to do in his own life. We declare that Your deliverance is at work in him even now. Let him experience the freedom, joy, and peace that come from walking closely with You. May he rise up in the authority of Christ and trample on every serpent and scorpion that has sought to harm him. We trust in Your promise that nothing will harm him, for You are his refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1).

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
