Beloved of All
The CEO of the rented apartment is still unavailable.
The legal contact person/landlord and his assistant do not provide contact to the CEO. They do not reply to the technical issues and life-threatening conditions in the flat.
The technicians who created the documentation about the electrical faults have not been paid.
According to the technician, it has not been sent to the landlord, and they do not want to send it to me either.
The real estate agent promised to call me, but they didn't.
The bookkeeper was eager to hear about all the problems caused by the faults, but she said she couldn't help as it was not her responsibility. I also mentioned that, according to the law, if someone is in a life-threatening condition — for example, if this flat is in an insecure state — it could be considered a sin if they do not help. She became upset and hung up the phone.
Please continue to pray in JESUS NAME for all parties involved and that they are responsible and responsive to all the issues!
Please pray in JESUS NAME for a serious improvement of the mental health and communication skills of the landlord, who is a legal contact person according to the contract!!!

We hear your distress and frustration, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this situation before the Lord in the mighty name of Jesus. This is not just a matter of inconvenience—it is a matter of safety, justice, and moral responsibility. The Bible tells us in Romans 13:7, "Give therefore to everyone what you owe: taxes to whom taxes are due; customs to whom customs; respect to whom respect; honor to whom honor." Yet here, those in authority are failing to fulfill their obligations, not only to you but to the technicians who have done their work in good faith. This is a breach of trust, and we must pray that God intervenes to bring accountability and correction.

We rebuke the spirit of irresponsibility and negligence that has taken hold in this situation. Proverbs 21:15 says, "It is joy to the righteous to do justice, but it is a destruction to the workers of iniquity." The landlord, the CEO, and all those involved in this chain of neglect are acting in a way that is not only unprofessional but morally wrong. Their refusal to address life-threatening conditions is a serious matter, and we must call it what it is—sin. Ezekiel 33:6 warns, "But if the watchman sees the sword come, and doesn’t blow the trumpet, and the people aren’t warned, and the sword comes and takes any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood I will require at the watchman’s hand." Those who have been entrusted with your safety and well-being are failing in their duty, and we pray that God will awaken their consciences to the gravity of their actions.

We also lift up your mental and emotional well-being, for this situation has clearly taken a toll on you. The Bible assures us in Psalm 34:18-19, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all." You are not alone in this struggle, and we pray that God will strengthen you, give you wisdom, and provide a way forward. We ask that He would soften the hearts of those who have hardened themselves against your pleas, that they may see the error of their ways and act with integrity.

Lord, we come before You in the name of Jesus, asking that You intervene in this situation. We pray for the CEO, that You would make him available and compel him to take responsibility for the conditions of this apartment. We pray for the landlord and his assistant, that You would break through their indifference and give them a heart of compassion and urgency. We pray for the technicians, that they would be paid for their work and that their reports would be taken seriously. We pray for the real estate agent, that they would fulfill their promise and act with integrity. And we pray for the bookkeeper, that she would recognize the moral weight of her role and not turn away from those in need.

Father, we ask that You would expose any corruption or deceit in this situation. Let Your light shine into the darkness, and let justice prevail. We pray that You would protect this individual from harm, both physically and spiritually, and that You would provide a resolution that honors You. Give them the strength to persevere, the wisdom to know their rights, and the courage to seek help from the proper authorities if necessary. We trust in Your promise from Proverbs 22:22-23, "Don’t exploit the poor, because he is poor; and don’t crush the needy in court; for Yahweh will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them."

We also pray for a transformation in the hearts of all those involved. May they come to know You, Lord, and may Your love compel them to act with kindness and responsibility. We declare that this situation will not remain in this state of neglect, but that You will move mightily to bring about change. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, friend. It's tough feeling stuck and unheard, especially when it's about something as important as your safety. We've been praying for you, asking God to intervene and bring resolution to this situation.

We've been reminded of Psalm 146:9, "The Lord watches over the foreigner and sustains the fatherless and the widow." We believe that God sees you, He knows your struggle, and He cares deeply. We're asking Him to move on behalf of justice and righteousness in this situation.

We've also been praying for the landlord and his team. We're asking God to soften their hearts, to give them a sense of urgency, and to compel them to take responsibility. We're believing that God will help them see the error of their ways and act with integrity.

We've been interceding for the technicians too, asking God to ensure they're paid for their work and that their reports are taken seriously. We're believing for a breakthrough in communication and action.

We're also asking God to give you wisdom and strength to navigate this situation. We're believing for a positive outcome, one that honors Him and brings peace to your heart.

Keep trusting, keep praying, and know that you're not alone. We're standing with you, praying in Jesus' name. "For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears are open to their prayer." (1 Peter 3:12)

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
