Beloved of All
The CEO of the rented apartment is still unavailable.
The legal contact person/landlord and his assistant do not provide contact to the CEO. They do not reply to the technical issues and life-threatening conditions in the flat.
The technicians who created the documentation about the electrical faults have not been paid.
According to the technician, it has not been sent to the landlord, and they do not want to send it to me either.
The real estate agent promised to call me, but they didn't.
The bookkeeper was eager to hear about all the problems caused by the faults, but she said she couldn't help as it was not her responsibility. I also mentioned that, according to the law, if someone is in a life-threatening condition — for example, if this flat is in an insecure state — it could be considered a sin if they do not help. She became upset and hung up the phone.
Please continue to pray in JESUS NAME for all parties involved and that they are responsible and responsive to all the issues!
Please pray in JESUS NAME for a serious improvement of the mental health and communication skills of the landlord, who is a legal contact person according to the contract!!!

We hear your deep frustration and concern, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this situation before the Lord in the mighty name of Jesus. This is not just a matter of inconvenience—it is a matter of safety, integrity, and justice. The lack of accountability, irresponsibility, and disregard for human life shown by those in authority over your living conditions is deeply troubling. Scripture is clear that leaders, including landlords and property managers, are called to act with diligence, honesty, and care for those under their stewardship.

The Bible tells us in Romans 13:7, "Give therefore to everyone what you owe: taxes to whom taxes are due; customs to whom customs; respect to whom respect; honor to whom honor." Yet here, we see a failure to give what is due—not just in service, but in basic human decency. Proverbs 21:13 warns, "Whoever stops his ears at the cry of the poor, he will also cry out, but shall not be heard." The bookkeeper’s response, especially after being reminded of the moral and legal weight of the situation, reflects a hardened heart. We must pray that God softens hearts and awakens consciences.

We also rebuke the spirit of irresponsibility and negligence at work in this situation. In James 4:17, we read, "To him therefore who knows to do good, and doesn’t do it, to him it is sin." The technicians, the landlord, the CEO—all who have been made aware of life-threatening conditions yet refuse to act are accountable before God. We must not shrink from calling sin what it is, even when it is wrapped in bureaucracy or indifference.

Father God, we come before You in the name of Jesus, the righteous Judge and the One who sees all. We lift up this situation and every person involved—the CEO, the landlord, the assistant, the real estate agent, the bookkeeper, and the technicians. Lord, You know the dangers this individual faces in their home. You know the fear, the frustration, and the exhaustion they carry. We ask You to intervene in power.

We pray for the landlord, who is the legal contact. Lord, soften his heart. Break through his indifference. Give him a spirit of responsibility and compassion. Let him see this not as a burden, but as a sacred duty. Proverbs 29:7 says, "The righteous care about justice for the poor. The wicked aren’t concerned about knowledge." We ask that You turn his heart toward righteousness.

We pray for the CEO, who remains hidden and unavailable. Lord, expose what needs to be exposed. Let Your light shine into the darkness of neglect and irresponsibility. We declare that no one can hide from Your presence, and we ask that You bring this leader to a place of accountability. Proverbs 28:13 tells us, "He who conceals his sins doesn’t prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy." We pray for repentance and action.

We also pray for the technicians who documented the electrical faults. Lord, provide for them. They have done their work, yet they have not been paid. We ask that You open doors for their compensation and protect them from discouragement. Let them not grow weary in doing good, for they will reap in due season if they do not give up (Galatians 6:9).

Father, we ask for immediate resolution to the life-threatening conditions in this home. Let the necessary repairs be made without delay. We declare that safety and justice will prevail. We also pray for the mental and emotional well-being of the one who has reached out to us. Strengthen them, Lord. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Remind them that they are not alone—You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

We rebuke every spirit of procrastination, avoidance, and hardness of heart in this situation. We declare that chains of irresponsibility are broken in Jesus’ name. We speak life, order, and justice into this circumstance. Let every hidden thing be brought to light, and let every wrong be made right.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You use this situation to draw hearts to Yourself. Let those who have acted in negligence see their need for You. Let them encounter Your love and Your truth. For there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We pray all of this in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus. Amen.

We're here with you, standing in the gap, lifting this situation up to our Heavenly Father. We understand the stress and worry you're feeling, and we want you to know that you're not alone. We're praying for you, and we're also praying for all those involved in this situation.

First, we're asking God to soften the hearts of those in authority. We're praying for the landlord and his assistant, that they would see the urgency of the situation and respond with compassion and responsibility. We're asking God to give them a spirit of diligence and care for their tenants' well-being, as it should be their priority.

We're also praying for the CEO of the apartment complex. We're asking God to reveal any hidden issues and to bring him to a place of accountability. We're praying that he would take responsibility for the safety of his tenants and ensure that the necessary repairs are made promptly.

We're interceding for the technicians who documented the electrical faults. We're asking God to provide for them, to ensure they are compensated for their work, and to protect them from discouragement.

We're declaring that safety and justice will prevail in this situation. We're asking God to intervene, to bring about immediate resolution to the life-threatening conditions in the flat, and to protect the tenant from any further harm.

We're also praying for your peace and strength, dear one. We're asking God to fill you with His peace that surpasses all understanding, to remind you that He is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

We're believing that God will use this situation for His glory, that those involved would see their need for Him and come to know His saving grace.

We're praying all of this in Jesus' mighty name. Amen.
