As we buried my great-aunt today at the age of 102, the service was beautiful and loving, the message was an attention getter too.

So during our trials this Christmas season, let's remember the words to this song.

I was sinking deep in sin, far from the peaceful shore.

Very deeply stained within, sinking to rise no more.

But the Master of the sea heard my dispairing cry.

From the waters lifted me, now safe am I.

Love lifted me, love lifted me

When nothing else could help

Love lifted me.

All my heart to Him I give, ever to Him I'll cling

In His blessed presence live, ever His praises sing.

Love so mighty and so true, merits my soul's best songs.

Faithful, loving service too, to Him belongs

Souls in danger look above, Jesus completely saves.

Hi will lift you by His love, out of the angry waves.

He's the Master of the sea, billows His will obey.

He your Savior wants to be, be saved today.

Be blessed, in Jesus name He will carry us through it all, I thank our God daily for giving all of you to me to pray with and for, in Jesus name amen.

A testimony and celebration of a long life lived in love of our Father. Father lift our dear sister and give her peace and comfort in Jesus perfect name.

It is a difficult time to loose anyone especially a family member. Take comfort that she is in perfect health.

Lord I lift this family up in prayer today and during the upcoming Christmas season that you would comfort them and give them peace in their time of mourning.

Thank you for a beautiful servant Jesus.

Amen

Liz,

I am so sorry for your loss.....

Lord,

I lift Liz and her family up to You in prayer. May they lean on You and esch other this holiday season as they all deal with the loss of Liz's great aunt. May they find comfort in You, each other and the fact that they will see their loved one again.....When they feel sad, Father, wrap them in Your loving arms and bring them Your comforting touch....Let them feel joy in their hearts when they remember their loved one. AMEN

Liz - here for you - tear for tear. ;)

What a blessing - 102 years. I can't begin to imagine all of the change, wonder and blessings she was able to witness. That is truly a gift. May your heart be warm with loving memories and your tears a cleansing release.

Thank you, Father for the blessed assurance that Liz and her great aunt will be reunited one day. The celebration will be joyous! I give You praise for this woman's long life and service to Your kingdom. Grant peace and comfort to all those who mourn her passing and bless them with Your holy mercy. Amen.

I don't know but I'm disheartened to say that I'm gradually losing faith from Lord Jesus though I know he never fails. However, being a human my faith is fading away and that I can sense that I am only becoming heartless in each situation and my heart keeps aching 24/7 which no one in this world...
