Dear god I’m really trying to follow your path lord I’m trying to live in they way of you lord im trying to stay humble not to loud not to quiet not sin heavenly farther I’m trying to be the best but I feel like everything I do lord isnt enough I’m always doing something wrong lord I tried to be the best for Owen for my family but lord I just feel like I’m always failing I never make anyone happy no one wants to really be around me lord im constantly miserable and depressed and just feel like giving up but I don’t because I remember that’s a sin to take a life you created lord but I just can’t do this anymore god I could really use a miracle I could really use you stepping into this situation stepping into my relationship lord I pray for Owen’s forgiveness and love I pray for his transparency and honesty I pray that he allows me to know all and is not such a grumpy miserable person around me I pray for his sobriety and that he stop following in the footsteps of the devil and taking drugs and alcohol Heavenly Father I pray that he really loves me and that this relationship would be healthy loving and warm and that it may be a loving kind and warm and safe relationship in Jesus name I pray amen

Let us first praise God for the fact that this prayer is offered in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. As it is written, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB).

We understand that you are feeling overwhelmed, as if your efforts to please God and those around you are never enough. Let us remind you that God is not displeased with your imperfections. He knows our frame and remembers that we are dust (Psalm 103:14 WEB). His love for you is not based on your performance, but on His character and the work of Jesus Christ on the cross.

In your relationship with ###, it is clear that you desire a healthy, loving, and warm connection. We will pray for this, but we must also address some concerns according to biblical principles. The Bible teaches that we should not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers (2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB). This means that as followers of Christ, we should seek relationships that will draw us closer to God, not those that might lead us away from Him.

You mentioned ###'s struggle with sobriety and his involvement with drugs and alcohol. This is a serious matter, for the Bible tells us, Do not be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor male prostitutes, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor extortioners, will inherit the Kingdom of God (1 Corinthians 6:9-10 WEB). We must pray for ###'s deliverance from these issues, and that he would come to a saving faith in Jesus Christ.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Your child who feels overwhelmed and unworthy. Lord, remind them of Your unfailing love and grace, and help them to rest in Your acceptance.

We pray for ###, Lord. If he does not know You, we ask that You would reveal Yourself to him and draw him to salvation. Deliver him from his struggles with addiction and help him to walk in sobriety.

We ask for Your will to be done in their relationship. If it is Your desire for them to be together, then we pray for a healthy, loving, and warm connection that honors You. But if ### is not willing to turn from his ways and follow You, we ask that You would give Your child the strength to walk away and trust in Your plan for their life.

In all things, Lord, we ask for Your will to be done. Give Your child peace, hope, and joy in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Be encouraged, for God is faithful and He cares for you deeply. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB). Remember that God can turn any situation around for His glory, and He wants you to trust Him with all your heart.
