Lost In Darkness Please Pray

Friends, please continue to pray for me. I had improvement yesterday but today the darkness is in me again. I will try harder, I know there is a battle being fought for my soul. I must not let the despair, and fear destroy me. I am so very thankful for all the wonderful prayers, bless you all and thank you so very much, I am ashamed at how weak I am and succumbing to the darkness so much.

Psalm 40[a]

1 I waited patiently for the LORD;

he turned to me and heard my cry.

2 He lifted me out of the slimy pit,

out of the mud and mire;

he set my feet on a rock

and gave me a firm place to stand.

3 He put a new song in my mouth,

a hymn of praise to our God.

“Hear fredcat22 cry for help, our King and our God, for to You we I pray. Listen to his lament†(Psalm 4:1-2). Pull him out of the pit he’s in. “Give him relief from his distress; have mercy on him and hear our prayer†(Psalm 5:1).

Do not be ashamed. The flesh is weak. Faith will make you strong. Do not rely upon yourself, rely only upon God. The forces that you battle are much stronger than you alone, if you have faith and ask God to protect you then you will be protected. I pray that you find your faith and put your trust in God.

Father GOD

Ephesian 6:12 says that the battle is not against flesh but against spiritual darkness and wickedness.We pray that you will fight the battle for this individual for he cannot do it alone , go before him, for if GOD is with us who can be against us.Equip this individual with shield of righteousness and the armour of truth.Let this person focus on you and strike down every attack from the enemy.For your word says that every weapon forged against this individual shall not prevail if he keep his eyes on you.

Psalms 91:9-11

I pray that you never leave nor forsake this individual for I trust in your promise.This person needs you more than ever LORD. AMEN

One of the best rewards will be freedom from depression. Gal. 6:2 tells us to help bear one another's burdens. Finding some hard physical work to do, for ourselves or for others, is often the very best medicine needed for depression. Plan with God's help and prayer not to be depressed. Live one day at a time instead of taking on your whole future life at once. Let God's spirit rule your life. Ask your Christian friends to pray with you and for you about your depression. Hebrews 13:5,6 say, "Let your life be free from the love of money, and be content with what you have; for he has said, 'I will never fail or forsake you"'. Hence we can confidently say, "The Lord is my helper, I will not be afraid; what can man do to me?" Remembering this verse, we can "Rejoice in the Lord always," as Paul suggests in Phil. 4:4.
