We come before you, Lord Jesus, with hearts full of faith and trust in your sovereign power. We lift up this dear sister who has lost her ATM card, asking for your divine intervention and mercy. Heavenly Father, we know that you care about every detail of our lives, and nothing is too small or insignificant for your attention. We ask that you would guide her steps and lead her to the recovery of her lost card, or provide wisdom and favor as she takes the necessary steps to replace it.
Lord, we pray that you would protect her from any financial loss or harm that could come from this situation. Guard her accounts and her peace of mind, reminding her that you are her provider and protector. "The LORD is my shepherd; I shall lack nothing." (Psalm 23:1 WEB) May she rest in the knowledge that you hold her future and her needs in your hands.
We also take a moment to rebuke any spirit of carelessness or anxiety that may be trying to take root in her heart. Father, we ask that you would replace those feelings with your perfect peace, which surpasses all understanding. "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB)
We encourage this sister to seek your wisdom in all things, not just in times of trouble. Let this situation draw her closer to you, reminding her to cast all her cares upon you, for you care for her. (1 Peter 5:7 WEB) We pray that she would grow in her trust and dependence on you, knowing that you are faithful to meet all her needs according to your riches in glory in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:19 WEB)
Heavenly Father, we also want to take this opportunity to remind all who read this that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to you. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved. (Acts 4:12 WEB) If anyone reading this does not know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, we pray that they would come to understand the depth of his love and the sacrifice he made on the cross for their sins. We invite them to confess their sins, believe in their heart that God raised Jesus from the dead, and receive the gift of eternal life. (Romans 10:9 WEB)
Lord, we pray for this sister now, asking that you would bless her abundantly. May she feel your presence and your peace as she navigates this situation. We ask that you would restore what has been lost and provide for her every need. We trust in your goodness and your faithfulness, and we give you all the glory and honor. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
