Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. Thank you for sharing so honestly about what you are going through. It is good to hear you are feeling so much better and that you have seen such encouraging progress with your health. It is also completely understandable that losing hair would be distressing, especially when you describe your hair as already thin and fine. What feels minor to the world is not minor to the Lord when it weighs on your heart, and it is not minor to those who care about you.

Scripture speaks of hair in a tender way. It says that if a woman has long hair it is a glory to her, for her hair is given to her for a covering. That tells us God Himself recognizes hair as something beautiful and personal, not just vanity. So your concern is natural and nothing to be ashamed of. Ideas of what counts as long or short have changed a great deal through history and are somewhat relative, but the point remains that God made you and sees you with care, whether hair is full or thinning.

You also asked for prayer, and I want to pray for you and to thank you for your beautiful willingness to pray for others in return, even for the whole world.

When it comes to healing and the body, the Bible shows us that the Lord heals in many different ways. Sometimes He touched people and they were well instantly, sometimes healing came gradually, sometimes He spoke a word from a distance, and sometimes healing comes through the natural processes He Himself placed within our bodies. All healing is from Him, because He is the one who created nature and its processes. We do not always understand why healing comes quickly for one person and more slowly for another. What we do know is that Jesus bore our sicknesses and our infirmities, as Matthew reminds us from Isaiah, and that He has power over every part of our lives, physical and spiritual. He is compassionate and He invites us to bring every need to Him.

I will pray that God gives you peace as you walk through this, wisdom for any doctors or providers you consult about the hair loss and what may be causing it, and grace to continue to steward the good health you have gained. It would be wise to let your doctor know about the shedding you are seeing, so they can help discern the cause and the best next steps. I pray also that the Lord would strengthen you inwardly, restoring what feels fragile, and reminding you daily how deeply you are known and loved by Him. He numbers even the hairs of your head, and He cares for you far more than for any outward appearance.

May the Lord bless you, keep you in His peace, and let you feel His presence close as you continue to seek Him.
