Losing Hope

Out of all the online applications I put in over the weekend, only 1 employer called. She was very nice and she set up an interview with me for Friday. 20 minutes later she called me back to say the position had been filled and she didn't know. She apolozied for the mistake. I feel like every time there is a glimer of light, darkness is right there to put it out. Why won't the lord let some thing good happen in my life? I have been faithful. I feel like the devil is taking everything from me, even my hope. when thats is gone, I'll have nothing.

Father , give Deedytberry, the understanding that at your time it will be alright and the job which is the right one that will not draw her way from u shall be hers, teach her that even when she has fears about losing hope, that she has her faith to keep her going untill your will is done in her life. Romans 5:3-5 says"And not only that, but we also boast in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does NOT disappoint us, because God's love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit that has been given to us." Thank you Father, that You would restore Deedy's hope & fill her heart with Your wonderful love. Thank You that there will be a job opening, and that it will be just the right one that You pick especially for her. Thank You for Your great love for Deedy. You love her so much that You died for her, and then rose again! Thank You Father, for protecting Deedy from any evil thing because she is covered in the blood of the Lamb!

Hi Deedytberry...I don't know why these things are happening to you, its sounds just like what I have been experiencing for many yeras now, but they are real. It truly is frustrating. As a person I can tell you I truly care. I can never get any answers, and I don't want to be the one to cause discouragement. Hopefully our Living God will come through for us soon...I am sure He is there, but somehow the communication is being hampered. Probably warfare against good and powerful people. I guess we need to become better warriors in the Word, or atleast I do...

Lord, we bless Deedy's resumes and pray that one would just pop out to and be noticed by an interviewer and they would call right back. Thank you that you know the plans you have for Deedy's life (Jeremiah 29:11) and they are for good, to give her a future, and a hope! Some very encouraging verses about light overcoming darkness :The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness hasn't overcome{The word translated "overcome" (katelaben) can also be translated "comprehended." It refers to getting a grip on an enemy to defeat him.} it." John 1:5

Another translation says "...and the darkness can never extinguish it" Amen!

God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. 2 Corinthians 4:6

God, I pray you would bless Deedy beyond her belief and thank you that this sweet, caring daughter of yours can stay faithful. I pray that our prayers would just encourage her and lift her up.
