Losing Hope..fading..just Not Doing Well =/

Dear God please help me. I am falling apart here. I can't go on like this. Have tried to be strong and positive since June 2013.  YOU have done so much for me God and in no way shape or form am I unappreciative of any of what YOU have done for me. I can't feel any more cause of the great depression and sadness. Please let it work out when I go to Phoenix, Arizona on January 1, 2015. God YOU know what it is about.  Please send prayers everyone.
