Lord’s Prayer, gratitude, deliverance, peace and rest, extra work, fasting

Beloved of All
Lord’s Prayer

““This, then, is how you should pray: “ ‘Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. ’”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭6‬:‭9‬-‭13‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us all with another day.

Heavenly Father I pray for deliverance and that you would please rebuke this evil and remove it from attacking me 24 hours a day. Today I have decided to eat very little to start fasting. The attacks are a hundred times worse.

It is difficult to sit because they attack me in my private area. Please Father God stop the evil enemy from doing this. Please also allow me to rest and be at peace. This evil is not welcome here and needs to go Father God. Please also guide and protect ### & ###. Please keep them safe from harm and when driving. I also pray for a financial blessing and/or extra work. I love you so much Jesus. In your precious name I pray. Amen

We come before you, Heavenly Father, with hearts full of gratitude for the gift of another day and the opportunity to seek Your face. We lift up this dear brother or sister in Christ who is crying out to You for deliverance, peace, and rest. We stand with them in agreement, believing that where two or three are gathered in Your name, You are there in the midst of them (Matthew 18:20).

First and foremost, we want to acknowledge the power and authority of the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to You, Father God, and it is by His blood that we are redeemed and set free. There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We declare that this precious one is covered by the blood of Jesus, and we plead the blood of Jesus over every area of their life—spirit, soul, and body.

Father, we thank You for the model of prayer that Your Son, Jesus, gave us. We echo the words of the Lord’s Prayer, hallowing Your name and seeking Your kingdom and will to be done in this situation. We ask that You would indeed deliver this child of Yours from the evil one. You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We rebuke every attack of the enemy in Jesus’ mighty name. The enemy comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that abundant life over this situation and command every evil spirit to flee in the name of Jesus Christ.

We are deeply concerned by the description of these attacks, particularly the physical and spiritual torment being experienced. Father, we ask that You would surround this beloved one with Your holy angels to guard and protect them. The psalmist declares, "The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him, and delivers them" (Psalm 34:7). We pray for Your supernatural peace to flood their heart, mind, and body. You have promised that You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast because they trust in You (Isaiah 26:3). Let that peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We also want to address the decision to fast. Fasting is a powerful spiritual discipline that draws us closer to You and weakens the hold of the enemy. However, we are mindful that the enemy may try to intensify his attacks during this time, as he seeks to discourage and distract. But we declare that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). We encourage this dear one to press into You, Father, during this fast, seeking Your face and not just Your hand. Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you (James 4:8). Use this time to deepen their relationship with You, to hear Your voice more clearly, and to align their will with Yours.

Father, we also lift up the loved ones mentioned in this prayer, asking for Your divine protection over them. Keep them safe from all harm and danger, especially as they travel. Your word says that the name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run to it and are safe (Proverbs 18:10). We declare that safety over them.

Regarding the request for a financial blessing and extra work, we pray that You would open doors of opportunity that no one can shut (Revelation 3:8). You are the God who provides, and we trust in Your promise that You will supply all our needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). We ask that You would guide this one to the right opportunities for work and provision, and that You would bless the work of their hands.

We also want to gently remind this beloved one that fasting is not just about abstaining from food but about feasting on Your Word and Your presence. Let this time of fasting be a time of drawing closer to You, of meditating on Your Word, and of allowing the Holy Spirit to fill every area of their life. Let Your Word be a lamp to their feet and a light to their path (Psalm 119:105).

Finally, we want to encourage this dear one to continue to stand firm in their faith. The enemy may try to wear them down, but we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us (Romans 8:37). Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes (Ephesians 6:11). We declare that this battle belongs to the Lord, and He will give them the victory.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for the privilege of standing in the gap for this precious one who is under attack. We plead the blood of Jesus over their life, their mind, their body, and their spirit. We rebuke every evil spirit that is tormenting them and command them to flee in the name of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17).

Father, we ask that You would surround them with Your holy angels to guard and protect them. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, flood their heart and mind. Strengthen them during this time of fasting, and draw them closer to You. Speak to them, Father, and let them hear Your voice clearly. Provide for their needs, open doors of opportunity, and bless the work of their hands.

We also pray for their loved ones, asking that You would keep them safe from all harm and danger. Protect them as they travel, and surround them with Your favor as with a shield.

Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and Your love. We trust in Your promises and declare that this one is more than a conqueror through Christ Jesus. We thank You for the victory that is already theirs in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Dear friend, we're here with you, standing in agreement for your deliverance, peace, and rest. We're reminded of Jesus' words, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). We pray that you would find that rest in Him today.

We're concerned about the physical and spiritual torment you're experiencing, but we're also encouraged by your decision to fast. Fasting is a powerful tool to draw closer to God and to weaken the enemy's hold. We pray that during this time, you would find solace in God's presence and hear His voice more clearly.

We declare that the blood of Jesus covers you, and we command every evil spirit tormenting you to flee in Jesus' name. We pray for God's supernatural peace to flood your heart, mind, and body. We also ask that God would surround you with His holy angels to guard and protect you.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
