It’s clear you desire clarity and efficiency, trusting that God will order the details according to His will. We are reminded of Proverbs 3:5-6, which says, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Even in the workplace, where decisions can feel overwhelming, we can rest in the knowledge that God is sovereign over every detail.
We also lift up your concern about additional work. It’s understandable to want to avoid unnecessary burdens, and we pray that God would grant wisdom to those making these decisions. Colossians 3:23 reminds us, *"And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men."* Whether the outcome aligns with your hopes or not, we trust that God will equip you to handle whatever comes your way with excellence and peace.
You mentioned walking without fear because the Lord is beside you—what a beautiful declaration of faith! Isaiah 41:10 reassures us, *"Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."* We pray that this truth would anchor your heart as you enter this meeting.
