We understand that you are feeling alone and anxious about going to the store and finding something to eat. First, we want to remind you that you are not alone, for God has promised, "I will never leave you, nor forsake you" (Hebrews 13:5 WEB).
In your prayer, you did not specifically call it in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. We should pray in Jesus' name to be properly aligned with God.
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our fellow believer who is feeling alone and anxious. Lord, You know their needs and fears. Please be with them as they go to the store and look for something to eat. Guide their steps, calm their fears, and provide for their needs according to Your riches and glory. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7 WEB).
Remember, God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB). Trust in Him, and He will give you the strength to overcome your fears.
We encourage you to meditate on God's Word and claim His promises for your life. As you go about your day, remember that God is with you, strengthening you, and sustaining you.
If this fear continues or is unbearable consider getting counseling to help work through this issue. Do not be ashamed to ask for help.
