Lord, tried all day to fix furnace, nothing is working. Cannot get someone 'professional' to come in here because we can't afford it and we aren't allowed without asking landlord. Please please just let me meet someone who can help me at least find out what's wrong so we can buy the parts and fix it ourselves. It is going to be cold soon. Thank you, Amen.
