We come before the Lord with gratitude for the life and blessings He has bestowed upon you and your family. It is wonderful to see your heart for leadership, your love for your husband, and your desire for closeness with your children. Let us lift these requests together, seeking God’s will in all things.
First, we recognize that leadership is a calling that requires humility, wisdom, and a heart that seeks to serve rather than be served. Scripture reminds us in 1 Peter 5:5-6, "Likewise, you younger ones, be subject to the elder. Yes, all of you clothe yourselves with humility, to subject yourselves to one another; for 'God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.' Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time." We pray that your leadership would be marked by humility and a genuine desire to honor God and serve those you lead. May the seniors in your group see Christ in you, and may their respect for you grow as you walk in integrity and love.
For your marriage, we rejoice in the union God has established between you and your husband. Marriage is a sacred covenant, and it is beautiful to see your desire for his love and sweetness toward you. We pray that your husband would continue to cherish and honor you as his wife, just as Christ loves the church (Ephesians 5:25). May your marriage be a reflection of God’s love, filled with mutual respect, kindness, and unity. If there are any areas where your relationship needs healing or strengthening, we ask the Lord to reveal them and bring restoration.
For your children, we lift them up before the Lord, asking for His protection over their health and well-being. We also pray for a deeper bond between you and your kids. Proverbs 22:6 reminds us, "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it." We ask that God would give you wisdom in raising them, that they would see your love for the Lord and desire to follow Him. May your home be filled with peace, joy, and open hearts toward one another.
For your mother, we pray for her health and strength, asking the Lord to surround her with His comfort and care.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we thank You for the life and blessings You have given to this sister in Christ. We ask that You would strengthen her leadership, that she may serve with humility and grace, reflecting Your love to those around her. Lord, we pray for her marriage, that You would deepen the love and unity between her and her husband, and that their relationship would honor You. For her children, we ask that You would draw them closer to her and to You, guiding them in Your ways. We also lift up her mother, asking for Your healing and comfort in her life. Father, we trust in Your goodness and ask that You would work in every area of her life for Your glory. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
Continue to seek the Lord in all things, trusting that He is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in you and your family. May His peace and joy fill your heart as you walk in obedience to Him.
